Description of Work: Initially reached out due to challenges with one of my hot water tanks. After looking at the situation, they gave me a clear set of various options, including tank replacement and going tankless. I had wanted to go in this direction for a while but had held off but Brothers was able to make me comfortable with the complexity and investment needed to get the system working. The team communicated with me throughout and spent an entire day (9-8 pm) working through the logistics of running additional natural gas to my basement, venting it correctly, installing a whole house recirculation line and ensuring that the system would work for the next 15 years. Overall very impressed with how coordinated and professional they have been throughout.

Description of Work: They have provided twice annual maintenance of my systems for a number of years. It seems that over the years, the length of these services has declined. | |Whenever they check out my systems they always came up with an extensive list of repairs which often would total thousands of dollars. My last experience was when one of their technicians quoted a significant price to repair a problem that was subsequently repaired by another provider at a fraction of the cost.

Description of Work: Removed an old gas hot water heater, and installed a new one. (50 gal). They did good work, were responsive, and everything is working fine. They did all the permit work, and overall a great job. My only complaint is the amount charged. They are expensive, but I would say - you get what you pay for. The work was done well, fast (one day) and no problems.

Description of Work: The technician that changed two of my faucets was very good and thorough. One of the faucets I purchased was faulty and he re-installed a second faucet for that sink (he worked on the other sink while I went a bought a new faucet. He was very professional and helpful. My only negative was the price that Brothers charges for installing a faucet. $400 for two faucets is very steep and it is a good thing I had the Angie's List coupon.
