Description of Work: He decided that my gas regulator was leaking (I never smelled gas in the attic), but what the heck, let's be safe, got it replaced. Cost ~ $300. Then he said my inducer motor was going, drawing a lot of amperage. Cost: $858. A quick check with repairclinic.com showed the exact OEM motor is $83. Time to replace: estimated at ~20 min. I get that experience and training are worth something, but this amounts to $2,500 PER HOUR (yes, do the math, TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR) they charge for their time. That is ... shall we say, unacceptable. BTW, hasn't failed yet, but I did spend the $85 (shipping included) just in case .. The guys that come out are professional, courteous, learned ... and they should be, for $2,500 / hour.

Description of Work: Water heater went out. Phoned their office, installer was at my house within 3 hours had an estimate and the heater was installed that day. Excellent job highly professional I would definitely use again.
