Job 1: The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 or 8:30 AM. When the tech didnt arrive by 9:00, I phoned the company. They said he was on his way. They phoned me at 9:30 to make sure they got there. When I said "no," they seemed shocked and then said theyd dispatch a new tech. Finally arrived around 10:30 - 10:45. Everything was OK, but he didnt clean up after himself. Job 2: Phoned for annual heating check-up. Called on 10/25 and earliest available appointment was 11/13 - 2 1/2 weeks later. They will still honor their service coupon if you call to make the appointment before it is expired.

The representative was courteous and on time.

When you speak to the operator, they are very professional. They will come out when they say they will. They do a great job.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent. Technician (#0211) was professional and quick, but unhurried. I thought $140.00 for a weekend call was very fair.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THE COST IS COMPETITIVE.

The customer service reps were polite and quick to help us on the phone. The first day we planned for them to be there in the afternoon at 5 pm on Friday I called and they said the earliest they would be there was 7 pm. We rescheduled for the next appointment and they were able to assist us with prompt service. I think, however their price was a lot higher that planned

They were great! They were efficient, and explained everything so you know exactly what they are doing.

I liked everything about them. They were courteous, timely and they took their shoes off. They had some kind of package or discount pricing. I had them open up another vent in my house. I was very pleased with them overall.

I thought that I was misled on the cost needed to have it replaced.

WE FIND OUR CONTRACT VERY WORTHWHILE. ALWAYS RESPONSIVE & HELPFUL. FOR THIS A/C REPLACEMENT, THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND AN OUT-OF-PRODUCTION UNIT THAT WOULD WORK WITH WHAT WE ALREADY HAD IN PLACE.

First check-up service went fine and the service people sent were wonderful. My biggest concern was with their customer service. I would schedule an appointment, no one would show up and them no one would contact us until hours or days later. When I called the customer service people were fairly discourteous, no apology, etc. In one case the re-scheduled appointment went the same way, no show, poor C/S. I have decided not to renew.

Was able to get an appointment for me within 24 hours of my call. Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Took time to explain why the AC suddenly started leaking as well as the steps he took to fix it.

I DID NOT LIKE MY TIME BEING USED, WHEN COMMUNICATION WAS NOT DONE ANYWAY.

JOB 1: THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PERFORM THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALWAYS CALL 30 MINUTES AHEAD TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE COMING. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS NOW. JOB 2: THEY HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO SCHEDULE AND VERY POLITE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THREE YEARS NOW. ANYTIME I HAVE PROBLEMS I CALL THEM.

Excellent! Brothers technicians went out of their way to reseal and fill the duct work. The new filter and housing is very easy to access after the finger cutting, knuckle bruising, and jackleg job done by the other company that originally installed the combo furnace/ac. I recommend Brothers UNCONDITIONALLY!!

They did a really good job. They gave me a price and it was the right price. I didnt have any problems.

Company scheduled the yearly checkup and showed up on time. They advised me that the system was 12 years old and would need to be replaced within the next few years. I asked them for an estimate on a new system and they were happy to provide. The yearly checkup kept my system going through the winter and I am pleased with the cost of the service contract. I felt their estimate was more expensive than it should have been and company would not quote me on anything other than their energymiser brand. I elected to use another company for my new system for these reasons.

They had to come back after initial visit to repair the system. They spent a couple of trips but finally solved the issue after suggesting we install a new thermostat. There were a few issues like a leak in the unit all of which were quickly solved by Brothers in a timely manor.

Job 1:The technician was the same one who diagnosed the problem, which was helpful. He arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He had to get a new part and come back within 30 minutes and fixed the unit. I was very pleased because so many companies do not keep their appointments. Job 2: We have a service contract, the company responded to my call and sent their rep out the next day. He fixed all of our problems for free, except one that required parts. We are very pleased that they honored their contract and were so responsive. Their prices sometimes are high, but the service is always very good, we never have to wait and the technicians are always knowledgeable and on time.

Very satisfied. Timely and honest service. It was our choice to pay for the costly CO reader, but the diagnostic fee was very reasonable.

SHOWED UP. TOO HIGH. DISREGARDED THINGS I NEEDED DONE.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY AND WE HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE FURNACE OR THE AIR CONDITIONER. WE HAVE BEEN ON THEIR ANNUAL PLAN, HOWEVER HAVE DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE. THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES WITH OUT NOTICE. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATE THEM GIVING US NOTICE BEFORE JUST BILLING THE HIGHER AMOUNT.

TO THEIR CREDIT, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT TODAY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THE HEAT WAS TESTED BACK IN JULY BECAUSE IF IT HAD BEEN, THE INSTALLERS WOULD HAVE NOTICED THEY HAD WIRED SOMETHING INCORRECTLY. WHEN WE TRIED TO TURN IT ON LAST NIGHT, THIS WIRING MISTAKE CAUSED IT TO BLOW A FUSE WITHIN THE SYSTEM SO THEN WE HAD NOTHING NO HEAT, NO AIR. INCIDENTALLY, THE FRIEND WHO RECOMMENDED BROTHERS HAD SIMILAR WORK DONE TO HIS SYSTEM ALSO IN JULY (ALTHOUGH NOT TO THE EXTENT OF OUR WORK). HE ALSO COULD NOT GET HIS HEAT TO COME ON LAST NIGHT AND ALSO GOT A SERVICE CALL TODAY. HIS PROBLEM WAS SIMILAR TO OURS. BOTTOM LINE: WE WILL USE THEM ONLY FOR WARRANTY WORK, IF NECESSARY, AND CANNOT, IN GOOD CONSCIENCE, RECOMMEND THEM. ALTHOUGH THEY DID MAKE THINGS RIGHT, WE NOW KNOW THE JOB WAS OVERPRICED AND THE WORK WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT DONE PROPERLY TO BEGIN WITH.
