These 2 systems were installed in middle of 2018 and rarely used. In july 2019 we had a heat wave and turned on one of the systems . It stopped working few hours later. We turned on the other system and it stopped working few hours later. We called for service for one . The tech came next day but the coil was frozen so he had to wait till next day for the coil to thaw and we suffered a day a very hot weather. The coil was damaged and needed replacement . The other system had a less severe problem and was fixed. These practically new systems and that should not happened . The tech who fixed the second system tried to charge us even though these systems are under 10 years warrant for labor and parts and 20 years manufacture heat exchange warranty.
