Brothers- ARS Air, Heat, and Plumbing

Have used them in the past and they price gouge. Received a call today from them on a new project we are starting and they hung up on us when we were trying to get a complete quote on what the cost would be. I never requested them in the first place and will not go back. Very unprofessional.

The technician was kind, courteous and respectful. He was thorough and did what was needed correctly. I have added this pro to my contacts and will not hesitate to contact them for any other needs that arise.

Unfortunately our first appointment the technician did not show. When I finally called they had no explanation as to why except they were running behind (appt was to be 10 - 12, I called at 4 p.m. so there was no call prior to give status.). Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped.

I set an appointment for them to fix my toilet. I then called to reschedule due to a conflict. The appointment was between 4 and 9pm. I waited until 8 pm and then I called because I had not heard a word. They had no record of me rescheduling my appointment. I am frustrated because I had other plumbers call me back and could have been to my house sooner but I did not want to cancel since they called me back first.

Was quoted 69 dollars on the phone but the price after "discounts" turned out to be $371!!! Unless the plumber is getting about $200/hour this seems extreme! Make sure you get an accurate quote, or hold on to your wallet.
