Description of Work: Dale evaluated my computer for me. He recommended that I replace it instead of repair it. He even helped me select a computer that fit my needs. When it arrived, he cleaned the "junk" off it and set it up for me. He was great to work with.

Description of Work: We had a new computer that had got a virus and was pretty much useless. |It had infected the mother board . Dale spent hours putting it right for us. He knows his stuff and we would have lost a very expensive computer without him.

Description of Work: My laptop crashed (8-years old). In short, after describing the issues to Dale (what was ocurring) he advised he was happy to try & repair it. He was very honest & let me know up front it did not sound good & COULD be rather costly. Because of the age of the PC & the fact that my items were backed-up already, I decided it was best not to spend the money on it. While he did not try to repair over the phone, he was candid & honest with his professional & experienced thoughts...ie. he was not trying to "make a buck".

 + -1 moreI was afraid I was going to have to buy a new one, Dale has my computer running better than new! He is so knowledgable and so reasonably priced. Anything to do with a computer, I would recommend him to anyone. He's even started a website, www.a1mc.net, where customers can go to run through computer tutorials and web support, which I find incredibly valuable. He's such a nice man and was very pleasant to have around.
Description of Work: I was having some issues with my computer. He helped me set up a printer and even cleaned my computer while he was here.
