Unprofessional, Dishonest and poor workmanship! I invested roughly $9,000 on a landscape job invoiced on 4/19/18 done by 360 landscaping. The trees selected and planted by 360 were not the right trees for the yard environment, this was told to me by 360 landscaping recently. The original install was not correct, 3 days later a crew needed to move the trees. I was told a drain was needed to keep the water away from the trees, after the trees were installed the drain was not installed, they didn’t feel it was needed so the project manager just threw in a few extra trees. A year after the original install the drain was installed to help save the trees because they were all dying. The project manager lied to me telling me he was the owner of the company when I tried to escalate concerns over the trees and overall job quality 3 months after install. The business tactic that was used as soon as trees started to die was to just wait and see what happens in a few months. I was promised multiple times that the project manager would make it right. I attempted to work this out with the project manager, he is no longer with the company. I tried to work it out with the previous owner, he is no longer with the company. It tried to work this out with the current owner. He showed up with a crew member and said it was a poor job and he and his teams are cleaning up a lot of poor jobs done by the previous project manager. He sent over his landscaping expert on site, who told me the trees are not the correct trees for the yard because they were planted in the yards water swell. They never had a chance to survive because they were not the correct trees in the yard environment. I know I will be told that 360 went “above and beyond” trying to help me by replacing trees after the warranty, replacing trees with smaller poor health replacements. A warranty that was never disclosed or communicated in any way. I will be told that because I did or did not have irrigation the trees died. I was instructed by the previous project manager that I should install irrigation after a year of trees dying. I have over 100 text messages between the project manager and I calling out issues and missed scheduled meetings. BUYER BEWARE! This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and in my experience incapable of delivering a professional job.

In September 2016, I contracted with 360 Lawn (Justin Green) to put in an irrigation system for an acre with a well. The quote for this was $7760.00, which was paid 10/12. The entire process took at least three weeks. They attempted to "boost" the water pressure by connecting an auxiliary pump to my well pump, which resulted in sucking the water out of my house so that there was not enough to flush a toilet. An electrician showed up at my house one afternoon, stating that he had received a call for my address, but I had no idea why, only to learn later that he had been called by 360 to help attach this "booster." On 10/21, realizing that this booster was not going to work, I paid Darby Wells $1266.99 to remove my 9 yo 1/2 HP pump and install a 1 HP pump to increase the water pressure. I have since been advised by two other irrigation companies that the system has too many rotors to zones and the valve box is too far from the zones in the very back of my yard. This explains why the water pressure is so low in those back zones. The quote I received from Wilcox Brothers to split the zones in my backyard from 4 zones of 6 rotors to 6 zones of 4 rotors is $2675.00. After my irrigation system was "finished," I discovered that the electric line that went from my house to an outdoor lantern had been severed. Between me, a neighbor and two men hired ($300) to help us dig, we managed to reconnect that line. In May 2017, I sent this email to Justin Green: "Since the irrigation system was put in, I have discovered that what I thought was a sprinkler head leaking is really a water hole secondary to a section (about a foot) missing from the French drain on my side yard. Also, last fall, I participated in a digging expedition to locate the two ends of the cord for my outside light post. Since it comes on in the dark, I hadn’t noticed right away that it was off, but once I tried replacing the bulb, and it didn’t come on, I figured that the cord had been cut. Fortunately, after some digging, we found the two ends and it was fixed. Now, I am working on getting the French drain fixed." I never received a response, and I wasn't surprised. After the installation process was over, I really did not want to do anymore business with 360 Lawn. However, I sent this email because I wanted to advise Mr. Green what had been left undone. One of his employees had mentioned to me that he had been instructed to do some things to "cut costs"; it was later that I realized he must have been alluding to the number of rotors to zones. I do not know whether the cost of this sprinkler system was competitive, and now I greatly regret that I did not vet the company better. I suspect that 360 Lawn had had little experience with putting in irrigation systems with wells. Mr. Green did do me the courtesy of coming to my house to help "bleed" the lines so that water might return to it. He did apologize for the trash that his employees left in my yard. What I heard and often was "Make this woman (i.e. not customer) happy," and so I knew what label I likely received regarding my complaints. These complaints included the number of times I received texts at work asking me to open my garage door or the times when I was in the shower and someone came and turned my water off at the well with no prior notification. Technicians did not necessarily arrive on the days I was told they would be there, either. Ironically, it was the retired male neighbor who helped me dig up the wiring to my outdoor lantern and fix some of my sprinkler heads who commented to me "You know why they did this to you? Because you are a woman." I don't know this, but I have since spent $800+ attempting to fix the irrigation system that I have.

At the outset, I will state that the work was satisfactory though not completed (see below). I had high hopes for this company and planned to use them for many yard projects based on the perception that they were able to perform a wide variety of tasks. I accepted the initial offer paid the 50 percent down. There was a clause that said it was an estimate, final bill could be different. I thought that odd since the quote was based on sq ft and this was no different than doing wallpaper. However we did talk of adding an extra foot to one dimension of a pad that they were doing so I did not say anything. The Concrete was poured and stamped on the date promised. However before the staining I received a note from the supervisor saying that with the changes they had added a whopping 130 sq ft, which to me was patently false. Before I went out and measured it I had the supervisor confirm his number via email. My measurement showed that their initial measurement was 30 sq ft more than their claimed final number!! They were claiming they had done 61 percent more sq ft than their quote.! They obviously took me to be an inept old senior. I am in my 70's but I am still working as an analyst in a very large Corp and crunch numbers all day. They picked the wrong one to fool. We are not talking about trivial numbers here, they did not submit an updated invoice because of my measurement but at the rate quoted it would have been more than $1,000. The supervisor agreed that there was an error, accepted my numbers on the area. The supervisor blamed some one else, forgetting he'd just emailed me indicating he had measured it. I told himI would pay based on the exact sq footage at the rate implied in the original quote and he said that they would be along in the next day or two to stain the concrete That was 3 weeks ago, no further communication from them. For some reason the two times, I have called and asked the owner to call me, it was delegated to the sup. They have apparently abandoned the job. Also, this is not an issue for me, but if all of their employees are college educated, speak English etc. I must be Prince Charles.

This is the owner, Brandon Guffey. I will follow up with you on Monday about this job although I am confused of your complaint. I'm not seeing additional charges and the only thing I see left to do is a stain, which is best to wait a couple of weeks when pouring over an existing patio. You claimed the work is satisfactory but still waiting on the stain. So to summarize your complaint: Our estimate states this price is an estimate and the final charge can be higher or lower depending on final completion.- this is a standard clause on every estimate and was not written up specifically for you. With your project being sq ft, there shouldnt be a change in price without a change order. There was a mathematical error with the estimate. You caught the error and were never billed for it. This is not something that is common and we are glad that it was caught. All of our employees aren't college educated or speak English- ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES ARE legal workers. If you make the assumption they are not due to one of the guys that worked on your patio having Spanish as a first language, that is an error in your Judgement. If it really didn't matter to you as you said in your review, then why post it? Ad far as education, when I set up the profile on Angie's list, every employee we had was college educated but since we have 37 employees now, that is not true. I will get that corrected. Communication on finishing the project- I have a secretary that answers the phone 1 office over from me and I have never been told you needed to speak with me. I will find out why this is the case on Monday. So long as she doesn't think you are a sales rep, there shouldn't be an issue with putting the call through. Description of Work: We used 360 Lawn Care for a backyard landscaping project which involved planting garden beds, shrubs, and trees, as well as sod and irrigation installation. They were extremely professional and responsive from the design process to the implementation to the follow up. We were extremely happy with both the cost and the end result. We plan on using their services again for some planned future landscaping projects. Would highly recommend.

He did an excellent job. He is reliable. He comes when he suppose to. He did a great job on the lawn. The reason he hasn't done in the last couple of weeks is couple of times it was running and we had canceled that because we live on a big hill and he cancel it because he knows that to and other thing is my son did it for us a couple of times but normally he's here every week in the spring and he charges us $50 for the whole property (front and back) which is very, very reasonable. We have a very large front yard on a huge deep hill that they do and a very large backyard. We had have other people in the past who done the yard and charge us a lot more but he is very reasonable and when they come they're excellent and they do a great job. They have very good quality service. Overall, we are as highly happy with his services and he has people that come it was not always him because he got a crew and they were always very nice and they was doing an excellent job. I do recommend him all the time to other people.
Description of Work: 360 Lawn Care is our provider for lawn and yard work services. We used the gentleman for the last three years – he does our lawn care as far as mowing and trimming and all that stuff. The last time he was here was about two or three weeks ago he did our lawn.
