Excellent. The estimator was prompt and very professional. Did a 2 hr examination of the house with lasers and provided a detailed "map" of the house... low points and high points. Then provided a detailed solution and quote to take care of the trouble spots. The back side of the house had noticeably settled. The guys came to do the job on time and finished on time. The workmanship was very professional. I'm very happy that we used Ram Jack.

Ram Jack Foundation Repair Solutions performed very professionally and punctually. I would recommend them again, the billing officials here recognize Ram Jack as a legitimate concern which legitimately fixes foundation issues. They did all their work in four hours, they were very fast. Their price seemed like a fair price in comparison to others, I couldn't imagine any other firm coming in and acting as professionally and thoroughly and quickly as they did.

They did exactly what they were supposed to do, so I was pleased with them. I would recommend them. They did it for what they said they would do it for.

They were very professional. They have given a lot of good advice and recommendations of who the people to work with. Their responsiveness is outstanding. They have even sent me emails to verify the appointment and they showed on time. They provided all the quotes and information needed. It was just an excellent service.

I wasn’t home at that time but my wife was here when they did the surveying but they were fine as far as my wife relates to me. They were professional, seem to be thorough, and came up with a plan. What happened was, I took the plan that they wrote up and I took to a friend of mine who does house repair and foundation work and things like that, he looked at it and in his opinion having worked in the industry for a long time, he felt it was really overprice and was overblown for we really needed to be done to the house, so he recommended another guy who came in way low the price they recommended where the guy did a good job and we never had a problem since.In terms of professionalism and things they do, they were good but their pricing was too high.

We were going to have our kitchen remodeled and we noticed the floor was still uneven. We had installed hydrolic house jacks before. We asked Ram Jack to come out and look to see what we needed to have done. Turned out to be more serious than we thought! They were very through and professional. They explaining everything and were very nice when I asked questions and called them several times to make sure I understood what was needed. The work went quickly and they explained what they were doing while working. When they went in and out of the house, there was no mess. While, I hope we don't have to use them again I would recommend and use them anytime.

They are very professional, they are very considerate. They do what they say the would do. It is a very good company. The charged me over $4000, but it was every penny. Because my house had settled a quarter of an inch on one corner and so what they do, they go in there with these big steel things and they jack it up. They had to remove some shrubs and they dug them up and planted them right back. They cleaned up after themselves. They are very professional. They are very, very good.

I didn't go with them because of price and several questions he didn't ask. I had a previous company come out and they seemed to have a better grip on the problem.

Ram Jack came out to my house in Columbia and did $13,770 worth of repairs. My house was sinking on one side and taking my chimney down with it. The initial man who came out was very knowledgeable and after speaking with my husband and getting 2 more estiamtes, we decided to use Ram Jack. The work took 2 days to finish and I could literally see the cracks close up on the corner and the gap in my chimney didn't close completely but it almost did. When they finished they sent another man to fill in the gap that didn't close up for free! About 2 weeks later I got my lifetime warranty in the mail, and when we put the house back on the market they said they can even transfer the warranty to the people who bought it.

I thought the quality of their work was very good. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again.

Charlie and his crew showed up at my house. It took all day to finish the job and they even skipped lunch to finish it. I saw the results at the end of the day when charlie took me inside and showed me the floor being lifted. I was then pleased because there was no more vibrating. I was impressed with there depth and range of knowledge about all things foundation. The price was steep. But you really do get what you pay for.

We will never use Ram-Jack to do any work again and we do not recommend that anyoue else use them. The work that they did is in the crawl space deep under the house where we cannot see their fenished work since we are in our 70's and unable to go under the house we are depending on the warranty. They included a sample copy of their LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY in our contract package and then sent us a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY after we paid them $6000.00. They gave us no warning, in advance of signing a contract, of what they planned on doing. If we had known this we would not have contracted with Ram-Jack to do any work. We can only speculate that the substitution HAD TO DO WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. There work possibility did not measure up to a LIFETINE LIMITED WARRANTY. Also, they had to be called back to the house to reinstall the foundation vents that they removed to communicate with each other, then went home leaving them on the ground under the house.

Chris and his wife promptly responded to my phone call the day I left them a message. That prompt service continued throughout the service. They were punctual, courteous, honest, and performed a repair on my home that I did not think was possible. I could literally hear the foundation being lifted while standing in my kitchen, and the cracks in my exterior bricks became so much smaller than they were! No more cracking, settling, or other signs of distress have been noted in the two years since they completed the job. I highly recommend them. Their prices were higher than two other known companies, B-Dry and Olshan, but RamJack uses higher quality of the steel, had prompt service, and outstanding knowledge of exactly where the piers were to be placed. One company had even planned on placing the piers on the WRONG SIDE of my house!!!! That error could have cost me greater than $5,000 in future repairs. Thank you for an outstanding job Ram Jack!!!!
