+ -1 moreEric was recommended by a home inspector that said he had Eric install his central heat & air on his new house. I have been present for quite a few home inspections & was very impressed with this home inspector. I called Eric the next day. He came and looked everything over including my attic. Eric explained that he could not tell me 100% if he did this or that, that it would keep my bedrooms cool. He listened to everything I said then when he looked inside my house, he realized the thermostat had 2 ac vents blowing on it--which explained why my unit would turn on & run for a few minutes then turn off again. He said lets do the cheapest thing first and move the thermostat. He moved it and my bedrooms have been nice & cool. I am canceling my heating & air maintenance I currently have and using Eric. I respected his honesty and integrity. I have since heard from others that he has a very good reputation of not ripping people off & telling them they need to replace stuff and charging a high amount.
Description of Work: I had 3 other "AC" folks out here to figure out why my bedrooms were staying so hot. No one else could figure it out. one even told me to change my return vent size & that would give more airflow--tried that & still did not work.

+ -1 moreWe felt like Eric showed up when we were told and performed the work to the highest expectation.
Description of Work: We had an A/C unit go out in a rental. The renter informed us that we had a major electrical issue with our outside unit,"I smell burning".We called Eric Thompson,who had done some prior work for us on our main house,he came within 4 hours and had the unit fixed for less then $100.00. He was punctual and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs A/C,Heating or duct work.
