PULTE HOMES

I first had my home inspected right after I closed. He was very thorough and gave me a list of things I needed to have fixed. He highlighted a number of things and sent the report to Pulte Homes. The builder sent someone out that day, but they didn't fix everything on the report. In November of 2007 I had my house inspected again. The inspector put blue tape on all of the areas that he wanted me to have checked. There were cracks that the inspector thought would have been caused by moisture. Pulte sent someone out to look but they didn't check all of the places the inspector had taped. There were cracks in the columns that the inspector had noticed. He took pictures and forwarded them to Pulte and I emailed for follow up. They sent someone again (three times) but didn't call to let me know so I had trouble catching him. The one time I did, he promised he would be back but every time I contact them he is out of town. Pulte recently sent a roofer out to check for leaks that might be causing the cracks in my stucco. The first roofer didn't even go on the roof, so another roofer came out and said that the roof was fine, the moisture was coming from below. It turned out that moisture was coming from a hole in the concrete beneath the columns. I've let them know about the cracks before, and they did come out to fix two of them, but there is still a hole. When they took the two columns apart they were full of mold. They took the gutters off of my house to work and refuse to put them back on. I've sent lots of emails to Pulte to try and get these issues fixed before my warranty runs out, but I'm not getting a response. I'm not asking them to tear my whole house apart, I just want them to be honest with me. I fear that my house will not get fixed before the warranty runs out and I'll be left to deal with it on my own. I've had to pay out of pocket three times to have my house inspected and I'm not getting anywhere.
