Estimate and installation were done professionally and the system works great. there are no electronics, does not use electricity (works when power is off) and uses less water to cleanse than competing systems - only cleanses when a certain amount of water used, rather than time passed (won't cost anything while you are away). Has a charcoal filter ahead of softener to take out chlorine. Only add salt. Would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Dan installed the system the day we moved in. He was not the cheapest, but we had a Kinetico Water System in the past and knew it was good quality. He did everything he committed to!
