Description of Work: In this case Donny and his crew removed a large jack pine from my front yard. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew was very polite, engaging and proficient. In the end the tree was removed, the stump ground down, there was zero yard damage and all cleanup was completed so that except for the missing tree you could not tell they were here. I have used Island Tree Care on several occasions with similar results and always recommend them for appropriate jobs to my friends and neighbors.

 + -1 moreToday they will be here because we have a lot of scrub lines that need to be cleaned and they will also trim the heads because they are very tall trees. The owner always gives us a quote and is always on the job. He's very nice and an honest man. We just totally trust him.

Description of Work: Owner came out to give me an estimate on removal of two trees. I decided not to have the work performed for 1-2 months. He was a very pleasant person to talk to, however, repeatedly didn't show when we had a scheduled time to meet. No phone call, no show. Four missed appointments altogether, with one missed time and a phone call. Even specifically asked him to let me know if something changed, and he wouldn't be able to make it, so I wouldn't have to wait. One time should have told me. In the meantime, I've contracted with another company that could provide full service (grinding tree stump also) for a better price.
