Family owned & operated.Hilton Head Garage Doors and Beaufort Garage Doors was established in 2001 as a small, family owned and operated garage door company. We service all makes and models of garage doors and garage door openers. Our goal was simple – to provide the best customer service and treat others as we would want to be treated. We pride ourselves on our belief in old fashioned values, doing the job right the first time, and always ensuring one hundred percent customer satisfaction. How many times have you called a service company and faced no shows for scheduled appointments or not received a call as to the status of your service request? We have experienced this first hand and decided this is the reason for many business failures today more than any other reason. We pride ourselves on constant communication throughout the day when customers are scheduled for service. We know our customers' time is valuable. It is our firm commitment and policy to let our customers know what time our service personnel will be to their homes within a one to two hour window. Our service personnel are highly trained and when our services are provided, we guarantee the repair is going to be fixed correctly the first time, on time, and for a reasonable price. The job isn’t done until it is done right. Hilton Head Garage Doors services all makes and models of garage doors, garage door springs, garage door openers, and our new product line, Breezy Living Garage Door Screens. We are the sole Raynor Garage Door dealer for this area and proudly represent Liftmaster as a premier service provider.

We service all makes and models of garage doors and openers, we can repair all sizes of garage door springs and are happy to offer parts to include remotes, keypads, sensor lights etc. We are also the area dealer for the new Breezy Screen garage screen system. WE ARE FULLY INSURED TO INCLUDE WORKER'S COMP.

Description of Work: The plastic sprocket on one of my two ancient Allister Type IIA garage door openers disintegrated, and replair parts haven't been available in a decade. Hilton Head Garage Doors replaced both of my garage door openers in only a few hours. They had all the parts in stock, provided rapid service, and installed everything with no problems.

Description of Work: Replaced the garage door spring and cable. This company is outstanding. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. The cable/spring on my garage door snapped and I could not raise the door. I called another local company that was referred to me and they never showed up. Luckily, someone recommended Hilton Head Garage doors. I called and they were a joy to deal with. The owner, Bob, was just great and the technician,Tyler, had the door repaired in less than a half hour. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced broken spring, called in the morning, they came on time at 2:00, did the job in 15 minutes, honest and very proffesional . Very happy with the service. Adviced on other stuff related to garage doors which I will be following next time.
