Description of Work: Rick was incredibly responsive! We turned on the oven one night and began to smell this acrid burning plastic smell but couldn't see anything wrong. We called A-A the next morning and by noon the problem had been identified and repaired. We will definitely use him again!

Description of Work: I think you have the wrong address for A-Accurate Appliance. I used them for my Maytag washer and they are located at 28 W Morningside Dr., Bluffton, SC. Their service, timeliness, price and professionalism was well above average. Rating straight As. I will use them in the future if needed. |I think the company you want is Authorized Appliance Parts and Service, 37 Hazzard Creek, Ridgeland, SC. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Totally unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest.

Rick arrived precisely on time and brought a replacement part for the suspected problem. He promtly replaced a broken lid switch and was completed with 20 mins. Very fast and competent work!
