We paid $1100 - $800 for the cleaning of the empty house and the remainder for interior windows and those exterior windows they could reasonably reach. I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend.

The work was excellent! They came in and completed a deep cleaning of our church after we had some renovations done. Everything was cleaned really well and in a very timely manner. We would definitely hire them again.

3 in 1 Cleaning Services wants to Thank Sweetrose Baptist Church for letting us accommodate them in Time of needing a Cleaning Service that was capable of providing a FIRST CLASS Deep Clean. When we were contacted by management of the property we were briefed on the severity of this Clean because attendees were developing symptoms such as sneezing , coughing etc. our company went in and Clean Ceilings to Floor and everything in between in order to eliminate the dust particles from Drywall Dust and the normal dust particles that cause respiratory problems if not eliminated. 3 in 1 Cleaning Services did just that, we made sure that all surfaces , vents from HVAC and all things such as pews, desk , floors , walls , ceilings, fans etc were Dust and other particle free. Last but not least 3 in 1 Cleaning Services wants to Thank [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed] along with the Entire Church at Sweetrose Baptist Church for the opportunity. accommodate their needs in such a manner , THANK YOU
