I was satisfied with the work. I had used other companies in the area but I was not particularity pleased with their work. He was very reliable and he gave us a good price. I will use his services again in the future.

They were pretty responsive. They did a good job. They worked fast and there were no issues.

I had to replace the vinyl liner on my in-ground pool and solicited bids from three different companies. Two of the companies gave me their bid by telephone without seeing the pool, but Kevin came out in person to look at the pool before he gave me his bid. Kevin's bid was $600-700 lower than the other two, and although I had not done business with him before, I knew that he had 20 years experience in pool construction and maintenance. I decided to give Kevin a try. From my understanding, Kevin worked with a small company that constructed pools in the Aiken/Augusta area for many years. When the owner of the company retired, Kevin went out on his own. He runs a one-man operation, and uses extra help when he needs it. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and does great work -- he also does not inflate the price of his services. About three months after he installed my liner, my filter pump went out and I needed someone to come look at it. I called the local "big name" pool company and they wanted $75 just to come to the house -- they also said that it would cost another $350-400 if they had to replace the pump. Since they couldn't come out right away, I decided to call Kevin to see if he would come out to look at the pump. He came out and replaced the pump within 24 hours for under $200. The pump has been running well for the last year with no sign of a problem. I can't say enough good things about his service -- I feel lucky that I found Kevin's company to take care of my pool maintenance. Now, when I have some issue with my pool, I just call Kevin. He backs up his work and has proven to be very trustworthy. I'm a retired teacher, and I am normally a "hard-grader", but Kevin definitely gets an A in every catagory. I recommend him highly.
