+ -1 moreI called the contractor to schedule the service and left a message. I had not received any response, so I tried again. This time I was able to get him on the phone, and he informed me that he would not be able to get to us for 3 days. He said that he would be able to get to us on Monday at 4:00pm. Monday morning, I called and left a message to confirm that he would still be able to come out at 4:00pm. I never received any response, and he did not come at 4:00pm. Two days later, I still have not received any response, and I have had to have the warranty company transfer the claim.
Description of Work: Ravenel Heating & Air was contracted by our home warranty program to fix our air conditioning.
