Description of Work: Blanton has been servicing our home for 5-6 years, following a less satisfactory 10 year period with ARS. Our home was built in 2001 and has three HVAC units. We have replaced two of them in the past 2-3 years. Blanton did both installations, efficiently and for reasonable value. We plan to use them for the foreseeable future. They also employ an excellent plumber named Cruz.

Description of Work: Brand-new air conditioner installed mid August broken two weeks later broken again the next week either faulty equipment are faulty mechanics. The owner will not call me back when I phone him. I have use this company for two years and have had a few other issues but this is the last straw. I am stuck with a broken air conditioner unit and $6500 gone!

Description of Work: Had a full PM cleaning. They cleaned coils, drain line, check motor electric connections and compressor, also checked freon TDS air flow cycled units then checked final operations.

They are consumate professionals who provide exceptional customer service and go "above and beyond" to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Blanton's always provides recommendations on various solutions and doesn't "up sell" the most expensive solution. For example, when repairing our HVAC system, they informed me of a $4.79 solution and a $600 solution and recommended that I try out the cheaper solution first to see if it would work. I found Blantons to be completely honest and trustworthy. They are simply the best.
Description of Work: Installed vapor barrier in crawl space, repaired tankless hot water system, replaced HVAC system, minor plumbing repairs.

Talked to him on the phone , he ordered the 2.5 ton unit before I even paid for it , because it was 90 outside , so I would not have to wait one more day ! Mr Jimmy and his crew are the kindest , proffesional ac people ever ! Had been ripped off by past ac companies , but now I don't have to worry about that anymore . Thank God ! My new Carier is awesome , quit and energy efficient (14.5 seer)

+ 0 moreThey will fix anything that goes wrong with the unit. They have been really good and we have been very pleased with them. The tankless water heater that they installed is very good. Instead of having 50 gallons of water constantly being heated, it heats the water instantly. The best part is that I never run out of water and I also get a tax credit. When my sons come to visit, they take their 30 minute shower and we don?t run out of hot water.
Description of Work: They installed our HVAC system and they have been doing maintenance on it twice a year. They also installed the tankless water heater.
