The owner, Jimmy Blanton came to the house right on time to perform the initial estimate. He listened attentively and inspected the issues that I had asked him to address. He had could ides for resolving the air flow situation to our bonus room without breaking the bank. Two days later, his son and another crew member were at our house performing the work. Jimmy again came personally to explain all the work that needed to be done. They worked diligently and with respect (taking shoes off entering the house, using plastic over the carpet so as not to soil anything, and cleaning up every speck of insulation, etc that they may have dropped). I couldn't be happier with the work that Jimmy and his team provided. I wish we had done this 10 years ago!

The heat pump in a second home I own had to be replaced. In addition one floor of the 2 floors it served never had a return air duct. My options and questions were promptly explained and answered They were very good about accommodating my ability to be at the home when they came both for the estimate and installation. Also, they worked with my carpenter well on adding the return duct. The installers were very professional, arriving promptly and keeping me informed as to the progress as I drove from out of town just for the installation. The accounting department was also efficient and thorough. Even the cleanup was very thorough with no trace of their presence being left.

Arrived on time, 2 workers completed job on time. Did great job, left no trash.

Jimmy Blanton, had his crew here to replace HVAC. They came when they said, did what they said, and changed what they said. Awesome company, and crew.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. It's just if I am spending that much, I shouldn't have anything to be disappointed about. Especially something so simple.

June 23, 2011 - Jimmy from Blanton's Mechanical & Sons came out to give me a free quote for relocating my two condenser units to the side of my residence. His professionalism and expertise really impressed me; he talked me through the entire process and even showed me a better location to relocate the condenser than I originally thought. I thought I would have to wait weeks to get the quote back, but as promise Jimmy had it to me by the end of the day (impressive and at a very reasonable price). Next I thought I'll have to wait weeks to months to get the work started, but Jimmy came through again and said they could start in a couple of days (again impressive, but I chosen a week due to scheduling conflicts). June 28, 2011 - The team (wish I could remember their names) showed up early and ready to go, again professionalism and expertise is what you'll get from Blanton's Mechanical & Sons. The guy's really job-out for the entire day and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day (very impressive). When the work was finally completed the team stayed and tested the system and then I received a briefing from the team about what exactly they done step-by-step and warranty information (excellent). Finally I was briefed on another Blanton's Mechanical & Sons personnel coming bye the next day to also test the system and do a quality check on the teams work (OUTSTANDING; I wasn't even expecting a follow-up visit so soon). Overall Blanton's Mechanical & Sons is an "Outstanding" company; they will get my business in the future and I will gladly recommend them to anyone seeking highly professional and skill personnel.

Our heat pump quit working Monday night so I researched companies and issued a couple of emails around midnight. I had my first response the following morning, around 0800 hrs. It was Jimmy from Blanton's Mechanical and I advised him of the issue, then gave him contact numbers for my wife. He told me that he should be able to have a technician to my home sometime around 1000 or 1030 hrs, which was fine by me. I was expecting a repair or replacement of the complete heat pump, costing several thousand dollars. Being prepared for the worst, imagine my surprise when I got another email from Jimmy who said it was back up and running, with the repair bill being $315 for a blown capacitor and labor. This was at about 0930 hrs!!! Nathan (the tech) explained the issue and how it was repaired, along with how he inspected the complete system to ensure there were no other issues about to happen. This company is by far the ONLY one I would call again for all of my heating and cooling needs. It's not an everyday occurence to find a company this dedicated to customer service. It was especially reassuring because I am currently in Afghanistan and it means a lot to have someone taking care of my families needs with minimal disruption.

Their service was good. I spent about $1000 on that service. Their timeliness and professionalism is what stood out most about them.

Blantons was professional and kept us up to date on arrival times and scheduling. We felt very comfortable with their work and explanations of problems.

Company was on scheduled and completed the extensive work in 7 hours. However the AC was not working after the left. I contacted Blanton's and they came right back.

The work was slow since everything had to come out as or go into the attic, cleared up behind themselves, and they are very pleased
