Wesley came quickly when our pipe burst , he explained in detail how he would fix the problem. He fixed the pipes and explained best ways to prevent it from happening in the future and even cleared the snow from our steps!

We were experiencing a major heating issue during an abnormal cold weather event in the Charleston area. I called Blantons Heating and Air and they sent a technician out immediately and fixed our HVAC in a short period of time. The office manager and technician were both awesome! I highly recommend Blantons.

Blanton and Son’s were the only plumbing company to even answer the phone during a winter storm emergency. They were able to schedule me the following day, and took care of a broken pipe quickly to get water back on in my house. Wesley explained our options, and proceeded with diagnosing the issue the least invasive way to determine next steps. We was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will recommend and use Blanton and Son’s for future plumbing needs.

We were having issues with our heat not working properly during this rare Charleston snow event. Lee came out as soon as roads were clear and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained exactly what happened and replaced the capacitor. Now everything is working perfectly again! We especially appreciated the way they actually listen to you and try to understand your problem over the phone. Hollis from dispatch even called to give us updates about the appointment time since some roads were still closed. We're very happy with the service at Blanton & Sons!

IN THE LAST 24+ MONTHS BLANTON TEAM REPLACED ALL MY HEATING AND AIR DUCT SYSTEMS, REMOVED OLD UPSTAIRS HEAT/AIR UNIT AND INSTALLED A NEW CARRIER 1.5 TON HEAT PUMP AIR CONDITION UNIT. CONDUCTED ANNUAL / SEMI ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE CALLS. LAST VISIT WAS TO UNPLUG AND CHECK OUT THE UPSTAIR UNIT. THE ISSUE WAS CORRECTED IN TIMELY MANNER AND THE SERVICE TECH PROVIDED RECOMMENDATION TO IMPROVE THE AIR HANDLER CONDENSATE WASTE BY MODIFYING THE AIR HANDLER DRAIN LINE TO IMPROVE WATER FLOW. ALL THE ABOVE WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE AIR CONDITIONING TECH'S SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME. THEY GET RIGHT TO WORK, CORRECT ANY ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLANTON AS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDER.
