Description of Work: Removed old and Installed 3 new ceiling fixtures and a motion detector outside. Our wiring was defective and he had to spend a lot of time fishing for wires and replacing broken wires.

+ -1 moreHe came on time. He figured out that the elevator was not wired at box. (He could have really gotten me there! But he is honest) he suggested that we put in new elec boxes because of safety factor. (Yea! I like to hear safety He is going to get the ele. fixtures. He also came up with a fan/light etc for bathroom. The bottom line is that he spent time with me going over what I needed, what is legal and giving me great suggestions. His prpice is absolutely fair and reasonable.
Description of Work: He first came to my home and repaired a light switch, a receptacle and garage lights. He then went to my business address and corrected electrical problem with elevator, wired three air condition units and came up with a plan to rewire the downstairs office which he will do as part of the $700.00.
