They did great work and we have a working water heater! It was in the attic so it wasn't an easy replacement for sure. They did charge extra because of that but I was willing to pay more because of the tight conditions. Gave a 4.5 in customer service because I feel like they could've communicated better. I wasn't sure when they were going to be able to make the appointment until I reached out to them again. Gave a 3.5 for value for the money because they bought a replacement with a 6 year warranty when there was an option for a 12 year warranty. I was not given the choice and would've rather gotten the 12 year replacement, especially because of the difficulty of the location in the attic, but overall satisfied with their work.
