We got a Clayton Manufactured home, you see alot of mixed reviews especially more negative. So we needed to find an inspector on short notice. Found Mr. Dill, got our keys on Thursday 2/13 and was able to be at my house by Monday 2/17. Mr. Dill was able to put are minds at ease. He is very professional took his time, took pictures explained things as he went. We are extremely happy with are report and are home.

Our experience was wonderful. This was the most detailed and thorough inspection of a property we have ever been involved in. Mr. Dills was thoughtful, engaging...studied and well versed in his knowledge of structure, systems, architecture and technology. His appreciation of a vintage home made it all the more educational and informative. If you need a hone inspector, he is more than qualified and patient. If you have an older home like ours, 1900 ...you need this inspector. We are most grateful for his expertise and enthusiasm for our next great adventure. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Don was right about the heat pump. Builder couldnt cause it to trip but I found out as soon as the weather turned cold.

He took pictures and explained everything so I could understand what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and so were my family members. Don and Theresa were thorough with the inspection of our home. Very knowledge and detailed. Don answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns after inspecting my home for approximately 7 hours. Everything he suggested I repair, I have done so. I am currently looking to move and once I do, I will certainly call on Don and Theresa to inspect the home. I would HIGHLY recommend them, not only are they experienced and knowledgeable, they are VERY NICE people.

Don is wonderful! I got a very detailed report with lots of pictures for reference. I am in the diligence period of my closing process and had a few concerns. He check every part of the house, and let me know what things would be immediate concerns. I was able to float around the home and make my own checks to things that I wanted to measure and possible replace while he did his work. The entire experience was very delightful and the bit of conversation we had while he was working eased some of my anxiety about trying to buy a house.

First, we wanted someone who would be willing to teach us throughout the home inspection process. Second, we wanted to work with someone who delivered timely and thorough service. Lastly, we desired a professional who values quality work over the quantity of work they complete. Mr. Don and Mrs. Theresa delivered on all these fronts and we cannot praise them highly enough for how they helped us. We personally rely on online reviews to source professionals and then interview them to get a feel for how they work. Mr. Don was receptive to our initial interview and that is part of the reason we selected him. After working with him and observing his inspection of our potential home, we were reassured we had made the right choice. Even after our inspection was complete, Mr. Don made himself available for follow-on questions.
