Don is absolutely the best! He walked me through every step of the process, personally. I not only appreciated his attention to detail, but also the way he explained everything to me. The report was completely clear and concise, including photos. And, he also took the time, on his own initiative to call me to go over his findings. We'll worth every penny!

What an awesome and thorough home inspection! I contracted for the standard inspection but it was so well done and complete I can not even imagine how much more would be done with the premium level package he offers. I really appreciated how my husband and I were informed of what would take place before Mr. Dill came, and then we even received a phone call re-explaining what was done with early heads up comments of any potential negative findings. The full report and color pictures were emailed to us just two days later. You can not go wrong using this service.

Both Don and his wife, Theresa, were extremely professional and personable. The home inspection was done with attention to detail and actually found issues I was not aware of in my home that need immediate attention. Walked through property twice - we were out of state- we depended on Don and he paid attention to things. He followed through with calls and emails. Provided a written report. Repair list had 8 items - because of Don's work - we had the confidence ro use him while we were out of town. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Don and home advisor.
