The manner of the way they took their time with my parents home. Was truly appreciated. The inspection was as if they were people I had known for a while. Also the fact that every single section was explained of what was the standard and what needed to be corrected. It is great to know that there are people that take pride in there work and the people they are assisting.

The company owner Don and his wife did an excellent, thorough, and professional job with the home inspection! The report was clear, concise and included many pictures from many angles of the items inspected in the house. He was very responsive, patient, and honest with numerous questions. He is also very supportive of military veterans. I highly recommend this home inspection company!

Don and his wife were awesome!! This is the way a home inspection is supposed to be done. They went above and beyond. Most inspectors just go through the motions and are in and out, not Don. He was extremely through and checked EVERYTHING!! Even the sellers of the home were extremely impressed with how thorough they were. He found some issues and noted those, but also pointed out lots of good things about the home. They really treat it as if the house they are inspecting is theirs. Don and his wife arrived on time if not early to our home inspection. They promptly began inspecting the house. The house is a 1940s home with quite a bit of foundational issues. Don was very thorough with his inspection. The report was clear and concise. The pictures included were helpful and all of the information we received is an excellent tool we will use to come to a decision and negotiate price of the home. I can tell Don and his wife have many years of experience under their belt and strive to do the best for every customer they serve. The price was more than fair for the service received. Mr Dills provided the most thorough, detailed home inspection I have ever received. He advised me throughout the inspection and provided an itemized, detail oriented report. He and his wife work together and truly make every effort to discover and report every detail of the home.

I chose to have a home inspection to check the status of my home before deciding whether to renovate or sell my home. Donald and Theresa were prompt in scheduling an appointment, arrived on time, performed a very thorough inspection and explained some of their findings along the way. I received my report quickly and it had many photos and suggestions included. I feel like I have a more accurate list of what needs attention in my home and in what order to address them.

Super rate. Killer report after. I was amazed at some of the things he checked... even oven temperature calibration! If your inspector ins't spending 5 hours (instead of the usual 2-3ish) and taking over 300 pictures, then call Don and have it done far above and beyond the requirements. I highly recommend!
