I hired Don with Dedicated Dependable Home Inspections, Inc. to inspect my home's foundation. Specifically, the Master Headboard and Floor Joist where they meet my block foundation. My termite inspector professional alerted me that I had moisture rot damage in a part of the wood Master Headboard, located in my crawlspace. Don successfully identified the effected rotten area and took mulitible moisture readings (with clear pictures of his moisture results) and additional clear pictures of the rotten wood of my Master Headboard and some floor joists. Don's very detailed pictures from my crawlspace and very detailed final home inspection report, framed-up my foundation problem/issue perfectly. I now have a complete understanding of my home's foundation issue(s) based on Don's very detailed pictures, verbal discussion and final written report. All at a very reasonable price. Definitely money well spent. Additionally, Don was very courteous, respectful, highly knowledgeable, and placed his final detailed report in my hands within 24hrs. of his inspection. At this point, I am so much relieved that I fully understand my home's foundation issue(s) after Don's thorough inspection. GREAT JOB Don!!! Keep up the great work.

Excellent service! They did a very thorough inspection and as they were doing the inspection informed me of their concerns as they came across them. They also provided recommended upgrades to things that they felt were important to do to keep the home in good working condition. They were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They definitely gave me that personal attention you just don’t get anymore and really cared about giving me a quality product. Definitely recommend!
