I had the honor to watch through inspection of a house from roof to attic to all utilites all outlets appliances wiring I can not say enough to the job that was performed for my benefit. There was nothing untouched or checked. They spent 5 hours crawling climbing and checking EVERYTHING on the inspection of the house. My advise anyone wanting to have an inspection should not bather with anyone else, but that is my opinion, dont waste time with anyone else.

Mr. Don Dills was a professional in every way. He was constantly looking out for the customer and was incredibly attentive to details. Mr. Dills saved me a lot of money, and I must say that he surpassed my expectations in every way. Frankly, I had no idea how valuable the home-inspection process was until I watched Mr. Dills and his partner, Theresa, work their magic. Together, they generated about 50 pages of data with photographs that left no questions about the nature of defects and the necessity of their repair. Do yourself a big favor and pay the extra amount to obtain an amazing home inspection and thoughtfully prepared report, which you will likely need at your fingertips during negotiations with the Seller.
