Jerry arrived on time. He was professional and confident, he would do a great job. Prior to cleaning the 100% wool area rug, with their equipment in our garage, I was worried. When the job was complete it looked great! However, I was still worried until it was completely dry. Jerry did a fabulous job, making the area rug look brand new. What a pleasant surprise! Do not hesitate to schedule a cleaning service for your area rug. TCM Carpet Cleaning & Floors did an unbelievable job!

Jerry is the best. He arrived early to get started. He cleaned the upstairs carpet and stairs twice as they were very dirty. He also cleaned my LR rug and brought it back to life. He also cleaned my sofa. Everything looked awesome. I will use his company again. For what I had done he was very reasonable.

TCM are amazing carpet looks brand new again they use a very lite scent 😍 smelll so good I definitely recommend using this service I'm above and beyond pleased !!! Price to clean my stair case bonus rm all rugs bedrooms unbelievable! Great value!!

I had a large area rug that my dog had an accident on, and I couldn’t get the smell out. TCM picked it up on Saturday afternoon and brought it back on Monday morning. It’s like brand new!
