They delivered this big container to our driveway and we packed it up and they hauled it off and we never saw it for several months and at the time to deliver it they delivered. It wasn’t really much service other than storing it somewhere safely. Some of the things when we got back were broken, like lamp shades and that happens while transporting in a big pod.
Description of Work: I used PODS Upstate to rent a big container to put all my stuff and for storage facilities.

+ 1 moreOriginally was told the day of delivery that if we needed to have the POD moved, they would move it for $50. However, when we actually called to have it moved, it was $180!
Description of Work: Delivered on time, pleasant professional staff. Responded to phone calls quickly. Container was high quality. Called just before arriving so I didn't have to wait a long time at the site.

+ -1 moreFound a great deal online and purchased unit with the online service. Driver called before he left and when he was close to my house. Very professional in all aspects. Driver asked where I wanted the unit dropped and he was able to place it exactly where I needed it.

Description of Work: PODS was perfect for our retirement move. We were able to pack at our own pace, store POD locally until a new home was acquired, and then have the POD delivered when we were ready. I would highly recommend PODS for self moving purposes.

+ -1 moreThis was a great company. What they did was dropped off the pod at your home and then you loaded it. Then they came and took it to your new place and then you unloaded it and they came and picked it up. They were very good and they showed up on time on both ends of the move. I didn t want to say the price of it because I felt that was personal, but it was reasonable.
Description of Work: They hauled a 2x16 foot pod from Georgia to South Carolina.
