They came to prime the home first. They owner stopped by for payment but I said no because they did not replace the rotted boards. They then did that and had to prime again. They were to put on three layers of the protection but they only put on two. They do not do what they say they will do.
Description of Work: They painted a protective coating on the wood surfaces of my 2780 square foot home. First, they primed it and then painted it the color of my choice. They first replaced any rotted wood.

See above. This is not a cheap job to have done. I trusted this company to do what they promised. I am sadly dissapointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: On September 23rd, 2006 I entered into a contract with this company to have them perform the work that they advertise (See www.liquidarmour.com.) I gave a deposit of $5000. At that time, I was told that the home would be pressure washed, damage wood replaced and or repaired and three coatings of Liquid Armour applied to my home. Approximate time frame for adequate weather 10 days. I was promised this work to be done starting on 9/25. After no show for a week, I called numerous times to the salesman that came to my home and to the main office. No return phone calls were made. On October 6th, house was pressure washed. October 10th, Primer was applied. I called and questioned this as no wood work was yet to be done. I was told that they would still do the wood work. Yesterday, Oct. 13th, they did final painting. No wood work was done, no three step process that they advertise and I was promised just prime and coat. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls and no one has returned my phone call.

The project took over three months, which was way over the expected time of completion. The work was completed after numerous attempts by a variety of different works. I was completely displeased with the entire crew and I honestly do not think that they were licensed to do this kind of work. I actually had to monitor the crew my self because a lot of them would work for one or two days and never come back. This company is ridiculous.
Description of Work: We had the company come and put ceramic paint on our three bedroom home. This is supposed to have a life time liquid armor that works well. The company first pressure washed the house and water got over everything in side the house. The whole process involves a clear coat and two other coats of the ceramic paint.
