Todd came to give me an estimate and was punctual, as I recall. However, I never heard from him again until one day I came home from work to find him and his crew there just finishing up installing the last gate. Surprise! The quality of the fencing was somewhat disapointing as there are fairly large spaces around the vertical slats of the fence. As in not a very good fit between the different parts of the fence. Looks fine from the street just not when you're looking down on the top. When I paid for the work, he claimed to have and quot;forgottenand quot; to add in the sales tax on his estimate. I shouldn't have paid the extra amount, but I did. I'm not sure, but I think he even charged me tax on the labor too which isn't taxable. I wouldn't use him again and would not recommend him.

Intially fencing posts were installed ahead of schedule. There was a single day delay in chain link install due to a rain shower.

We were moving to Greenville from Florida and needed a fence installed immediately because we have two dogs. This company is the only one that got back to me and did a great job of following up. He said he could start right away. I called him from the car on our way here to reconfirm everything. They showed up to start the day after we arrived. He offered, without us even asking, to put up a dog kennel for us to use for the the dogs until the fence was done. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. The guys that work for him were wonderful! We couldn't ask for anything more. The other company I contacted finally sent me a response after Faulkner was already done with the work.
