Chris's crew did an excellent job of removing the cupping from my 3 1/4 oak flooring and refinishing to a glass like finish. They also left my home dust free I mean ZERO dust. The crew was experienced, confident and meticulous.

Chris Johnson and his associates were very professional throughout the project. We received three different companies quotations. Chris had many ideas about how to do the staining that other companies did not provide. The house was built in 1972 and Chris actually recommended replacing some of the wood that the other companies missed.

It was okay, it wasn't great. The guy seemed to miss a lot of things and he didn't like to go over stuff.

The job went extremely smoothly from start to finish. By handling moving, storage and refinishing, Chris provided a one stop shopping experince that made our lives easy. Chris and his team showed up when they said they would. They took good care of the items they moved as they prepared to do their refinishing work. They went above and beyond by removing a toilet that had a leaking wax ring in one of the rooms they were refinishing. They did a quality job with the refinishing, using a 3 coat system and commercial grade polyurethane. As the job progressed, we were given updates. The sanding was done using a dust capture system. Very little sanding dust was released into the house. The floors look great. My wife and I are very pleased with the work. Chris and team also took great care as they moved us back in to the refinished area. We were given clear, concise, advice on how to best care for the refinished floors going forward. Chris and his crew are true craftsmen that clearly take pride in doing their work right. Their price was competitive with the going market for floor refinishing services. We feel that, given the quality of their work , their professional approach and great communications, we received very high value.

I received free estimates from Chris and two others. Based on first impression and after checking references I selected Chris even though his very reasonable estimate was not the lowest. He told me he would be done with repairs, sanding, staining and three coats of finish in one week, and he delivered ! Chris and his employees were punctual, professional, industrious and friendly. There was minimal dust from the repairs and sanding. Clean up was prompt. I am very pleased with the results and appearance. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris.

He and his crew have been a pleasure to deal with: always arriving promptly and taking time to clean up and get rid of all the dust before leaving each day. This was especially important in our house with all the lead paint from the previously painted floors. I can honestly say we've seen little to no dust and the smell of the stain has been more bothersome!
