This job was done through Greenville Handyman Services. Brad was excellent at calling to arrange/rearrange a day and time for the job when a snow storm hit and our original date had to be revised. He arrived on time and set to work promptly, working on the outside tasks first to take advantage of the daylight. Some bad electrical wiring had to be troubleshot for him to test the circuits the walkway lights were on and he actually corrected a previous "bad" job that had been done with the outside lights previously. The troffer install was quick and efficient. By the time he left, all outdoor lights were in fine working order and the 2 troffers were installed. Even with the extra work required, the charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased with the communication follow-ups that were required to get this job done (Brad did a GREAT job with callbacks as the bad weather impacted our original scheduling), showing up as promised, all the detailed troubleshooting that was required to get those pesky backyard lights working and his good attitude throughout (even when frustrated!). I am very impressed so far with your services. The only item I would suggest for future is to make sure you are able to provide a receipt upon payment. This will enable me to give you an "A" for professionalism next time. This job was done to correct problems from a storm and power surge, so I needed a receipt to submit to the insurance company. Brad promised to email a receipt. But even if I had not needed an insurance receipt, we homeowner's like to file away our home correction/improvement receipts, especially so we can remember those excellent providers to call for the next job!
