I love my new doors. The workmen were neat and informative about how to operate the door. I would and have recommended them to my family and friends.

It went well. Bradley Construction was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns or questions we had. The entire process (flooring done also) took 5 months and we lived in the house during the remodel. I was in communication with Mark, the project manager, daily. We had plumbers, tile guys, painters, cabinet guys, floor people and more in our house day in and day out. I always felt safe with those people around and trusted them completely. All of the workers that Bradley used were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very knowledgeable about code requirements and offered some excellent suggestions of things that could be done to improve our initial ideas. Isaac did excellent carpentry work which couldn't have been any neater. Everything was done very quickly and they were all very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the construction process.

Experience to date has been good. They have been professional and punctual. Renovations like mine always find unexpected problems and they have addressed these as they were uncovered. I especially like the fact that they share the work schedule via text. The text connection has been a great communication tool. Project is on schedule and should be completed within the 8 weeks estimate.

We were told this would be a 2 week job and it turned into a 6 week job. This was blamed on the tile not being in stock. Communication was very poor; we never could depend on workers to show up when promised. The finished product is beautiful but a lot of frustration during the project!

Thanks to Vaughn and his team, I now have my outdoor living space back. They built my deck about two years ago, and did an incredible job. So, when I had an unfortunate house fire recently, I knew exactly who I wanted to rebuild my deck. Vaughn came right out and actually made suggestions that I would've never thought of. His design provided privacy, and his suggestion of sliding barn windows, provided air circulation in addition to charm! Contacted Vaughn Mitchell at Bradley Construction, LLC. We had some minor work done by them about 5 years ago and were pleased. He assisted us with the process of getting our insurance involved and the work was approved by them. The work was done promptly and very quickly. The clean-up was very good. Vaughn advised us of the type of material to use and the color. We are very pleased and are now using Vaughn and Bradley to re-model out kitchen after 23 years of living here. What was promised to be a 5-7 business day project dragged on for nearly four months before we finally decided to terminate Bradley Construction from the project. Actual work started on September 30, 2016. Workmanship ranged from OK to unacceptable. Communication was almost nonexistent. Bradley Construction personnel rarely responded to e-mails, phone messages or text messages. Getting a reliable work schedule was impossible. We never knew if or when workers were going to show up. After the original counter tops in the kitchen were removed, it was 17 days before the kitchen was again functional. The granite top on the sink side had chips on the back edge that required a four-inch granite back splash to cover the chipped area. That meant all areas of the kitchen had to have the four-inch back splash added to match. This was not in the original plan nor was it desirable. The slot in the granite for the stove had to modified requiring the granite personnel to return and fix it. This resulted in abrasive granite dust being scattered throughout the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen was returned to functionality on November 2, 2016. On November 7, a Bradley Construction worker was provided instructions on finishing the counter supports along with a list of unfinished tasks. We were asked on Friday, November 11, if the house would be available Saturday the next day and we responded yes. A call Saturday morning reported that the worker was sick and would not be coming. There no communication with Bradley until Sunday, November 27, when we again texted the project manager for a completion schedule. He responded via text message stating that workers would be here Monday November 28th and stay until the project was complete. No one showed up on the 28th. One worker showed up on the 29th and completed some of the items on the task list and reported that what he did was all he was assigned to do. We again texted the project manager on Thursday, December 2 and asked for a completion schedule. No one from Bradley Construction ever responded. That was the last communication with Bradley Construction until we decided on January 16 via certified letter to terminate Bradley Construction from the project. For brevity sake, this write up does not include many other problems encountered with Bradley Construction. We are now in search of a reputable construction company willing to salvage the project from where it is or rip the whole thing out and start over.

UPDATE: Our bathroom is done!!!! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! We now have our very own spa!!! Bradley Construction, LLC is the BEST!!! Vaughn, our contractor, was wonderful. He was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Always called with updates and to see if we had any questions. Javier and Mario, the two gentlemen that did all the work on our bathroom, are GREAT!!!! I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I have recommended Bradley Construction, LLC to several of my friends and neighbors. We will definitely use them for any future projects.

The quality of the work stood out the most about the entire experience and the work that was done. Beautiful porch. They're a big remodeling company and that's probably the reason I chose them but I think, the owner who's an active owner, would be more proactively decide more often to check up on his project managers. Yes, I would use Bradley Construction LLC again.

They answered our calls very quickly. They were helpful. The quote was handwritten on a piece of paper. It didn't seem very professional. They came by two or three times and talked to us about the remodeling. They didn't really pay much attention to what we were asking for. I was really prepared for a full printed quote and not really handwritten. It didn't have many details. I remember the numbers were large.

Still in progress. Just wanted to say how pleased we are with Bradley Construction. My husband and I have been looking for a contractor to remodel our master bathroom for years. Not being from South Carolina, we really had no experience with any contractors. I went on Angie's List and saw great reviews for Bradley Construction and thought I would give them a call. I called the office on a Friday and had an appointment for an estimate on the next Monday. Vaughn came for the appointment and went over everything we wanted to have done. He answered all questions and was very helpful. I received my estimate within a day or two. We had a couple of phone conversations and made a couple of changes to the estimate, signed it and about three days later work began! Vaughn came with Javier and Mario and demolition began. I can't say enough good things about these three gentlemen. If I ever have any questions, they are always very nice and always explain the whole process without acting bothered. Things are moving along very quickly. The estimate was for about four to six weeks. It's been two weeks and one day and the job may be done in a week. Couldn't be more pleased! Will write another review when the job is completed. Can't wait!

The work was done promptly and as quoted. They were responsive to my calls and quickly fixed a couple minor cosmetic problems on the tile job. Best of all, the major work of the shed roof looks great. You cannot tell it was not a part of the original house. All details match the original architecture.

Because we had several projects, things were completed in stages. Kim and his crew did excellent work. The kitchen island looks is beautiful and they were able to match the existing granite. The old cupboards look new. The exterior doors are very nice and open out to the repaired deck which looks refreshed. Everyone who worked on the house was polite and tidy, and more importantly, the work was impeccable. They all worked very hard to meet the needs that we had and I appreciated their commitment to making sure I was satisfied. Kim was very good about keeping me informed about the status of the work and scheduling the guys to come in to work.

Bradley Construction did an excellent job of tearing off the old roof and putting on the new roof. The entire project took less than a day. Vaughn showed up when he said he would and handled the insurance paper work. I am very happy with the results and would hire them again for future projects.

This is a follow up to my previous review for Bradley Construction LLC. In just over 7 weeks, Bradley Construction completed the rough in construction of a 2-story 900 sq. ft. addition to my home. Everything from start to finish was a pleasure and there were no contractor driving delays to the project. We had about 10 days where rain affected progress. Every step of the way, I had full communication with the superintendent, Rick, and when I wanted to speak directly with the owner, Terry Bradley, it happened within the hour. Not only was this project completed on time, it was on budget too! There were a couple of additional expenses that were not included in the original scope of work, but otherwise there were absolutely no hidden costs associated with this project.

The men who started the drywall/ painting work did not finish it but were replaced by another man who did not patch or sand the drywall as well as could have been done & the biggest problem involved the installation of the closet doors. Their man installed one of the louvered doors backwards (didn't know the difference) so others had to come in & correct his mistakes. Also, the halogen light bulbs in vanity light fixtures were not installed using gloves as directions specified, but they did replace when pointed out. We did have to keep on them to do in timely manner. Overall, the project turned out like we wanted, but getting there was problematic with workmen assigned.

Terry Bradley, the owner, came out to meet with us to discuss the scope of the project. There were two in person meetings before we received the first quote. The meetings were helpful to determine exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. Terry talked to us about options and made suggestions for the space that we loved. The first quote to do the full job was way beyond our budget, but Terry offered to scale back the scope and provide us with what we needed, allowing us to finish off the job. I was very pleased that he was willing to reduce the scope and still provide us with an addition that we will love for years to come. We are currently in the pre-construction phase and I will be updating as the project moves forward. So far, I highly recommend Bradley Construction. They are good, honest people.

Great. This is the second job we've had done by Bradley Construction and it went just as well as the first. They were able to work us into the schedule quickly, offered a good price for the work we needed done, and the finished product is beautiful. Our master bathroom looks great with the new shower in place. They are always prompt and professional and I have enjoyed working with them on the projects we have to complete around our home. I will definitely use them again when it is time for the next project.

After leaving a few messages and emails within a span of 2 weeks, my husband finally got a call back to set up an appointment with them. Then we needed to change the appointment and tried to get in touch with them again but it was extremely difficult to get a response. If they are this difficult to get in touch with to begin with, we do not want to work with them on a large project where issues may arise and immediate attention is required. The company, more than likely, does good work but we are looking for a company that returns phone calls/emails within a 48 hour window. - even if it's a generic "thank you for your interest, please let me get back with you on..."

This is an addition that we needed within a certain time frame for a relative with Alzheimer's we were bringing in to live with us. Kim and Terry Bradley were able to get this job going within 48 hours notice and completed the entire project in approximately six weeks. From start to finish, I had daily contact and communication with Kim Bradley through the entire project, which is not the norm with a lot of builders. They kept on this despite weather issues (this occurred during the torrential rain that affected the entire state during October/November of 2015 - flooding Columbia, etc...) and each crew they had out performed quality work and just took care of business. There is nothing on this addition that wasn't constructed well and done in a quality fashion - no corners were cut - no cheap materials - no shoddy work. Just what we needed at the right time. When you have the building inspectors telling you that you've got good building going on & they never have negatives with Bradley, they're doing something right. We especially enjoyed the paint/trim/tile and finish duo, Mario & Xavier, - attention to detail, meticulous work and very cognizant of what we wanted and making sure we were completely satisfied with all the work being done. This was a pretty major project for us and Bradley handled everything about as well as anyone could have for us. We wouldn't use anyone else and we asked them to do this project for us based on some earlier, less-involved work they had done for us in the past. Good, local, quality & competent builders that will not cut corners on you.

Went well. Started Feb. 8, anticipated 5 week project. Turned into more like 7 weeks. Had a few delays (learning curve for new foreman). All sub-contractors were very skilled, efficient, pleasant to work with, and respectful of our home. As we were approaching Easter week-end (when we were hosting out of town guests in addition to our local family for Easter Sunday celebration), I put in a panic text to Terry. Couldn't see how everything could be finished by then. Terry called me immediately and assured me he, personally, would make sure everything was complete by Easter. He put the pedal to the metal and got vanity installed, counter tops installed in unheard of turnaround time! Thus, Friday before Easter, at 5 pm, all workmen out the door and job complete!!!
