Description of Work: Bradley Construction recently installed granite countertops in our kitchen. It was a pretty complex assignment considering the layout of our kitchen. We dealt directly with Dell Porter (Project Manager). They did an outstanding job. The countertops look great. Dell was everything you'd ask for in a contractor honest, professional, punctual, and he saw thru every commitment he made over the course of the project. I have some other projects coming up at the house and I plan to use Bradley Construction again.

Description of Work: Bradley helped us get our house ready for sale which included many odds and ends such as drywall repair, painting, minor electrical, and other miscellaneous handyman services. He's very professional and does good work for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: They did a great job and they built my husband’s workshop. The room was added on to our house.

Description of Work: Although in the end I chose to go with another contractor, Bradley Const. was a big help in giving me advice to deal with an Insurance related claim. Kim Bradley went far beyond what I expected in making sure I was taken care of. When I informed him that I decided to go another way, he was very gracious for the chance to help me.

Description of Work: I had three contractors come estimate and quote my job. I chose Bradley Construction. Bradley contracted subs to replaced rotten soffits, as needed, around 2nd story. Secured fascia where it has come loose in places. Covered all soffits and fascia with vinyl, as well as frame around garage door. Replaced all gutters and downspouts with new seamless. Repaired/replaced base of pediment on both sides of exterior front door where wood had rotted. | |Kim Bradley was always avail. by phone, and quick to answer. The sub-contractors he used were all personable, polite, did neat, professional work, and cleaned up after. The ONLY issue I had was we lost 3+ work days due to scheduling issues with the vinyl subs. | |I have more projects I want to do and hope to work with Bradley Const. again.

Description of Work: The contractor came out and went over what they would do and in detail how it would be done. But when the subs came to do the work, they did not have the same understanding of the what and how that was stayed and approved. |

Description of Work: Tore down old deck and built new one. Put roof on outside building structure.

Description of Work: They were hired for wallpaper removal and painting. It did not go well. The painters they use could not get it right. 2 days turned in to 7 days and in the end we told them that we would just finish it ourselves. Their communication was terrible and we would advise people to use a different contractor.

Description of Work: Bradley Construction fixed a leaky roof and remodeled my master bathroom. In addition they laid tile in all bathrooms and a new tile shower in the master bathroom. They also re-stained my deck and repaired some minor problems with it. I gave them a B on price because I did receive a bid that was lower but I am very happy with my decision to go with Bradley. Mr. Terry and Mr. Kim were a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Bid on installing (2)10" Velux Suntunnel. Took four days to get a quote. Didn't seem knowledgeable about product so I went with Daylight Solutions.

Description of Work: He came out and we reviewed all the remodeling I wanted to do and he asked me if I was going to "flip" the house. I said no, I am going to live in it. He never came back to give me a quote and never returned my calls.
