Overall Bradley more than exceeded our expectations. The job wsa well done and done quickly. The customer service was more than I have experienced in any industry! I would highly recommend them.

Job bid done...good quote! Then dumpster delivered. Then off came the old roof,underlayment,& then decking boards. The crew arrive timely as scheduled and worked hard ,professional,& cleaned as they worked along. A storm came one night and looking ahead ..they had a huge whole house tarp ready for such of nature's spring crazy weather! The extra care of inspection by Mr.Toner added to the professional roof install from start to finish..He was there with a quick call to answer any questions of my concern with the job as it progressed to a grand finish! Dumpster picked up, any debris was cleaned and Mr. Adam the boss of the roofing crew also went that extra mile as to even wipe a couple of smudges to my vinyl siding..now that's job integrity!

Bradley Construction came out, many of the pieces had to be found and special ordered, or fabricated. The job will be completed in a couple of weeks, as soon as the last pieces are fabricated. I am very happy with this company for their time and effort put into findings what was needed for this job. All the pieces for the old porch railing on my house had to be specially fabricated and with a lot of creative engineering my railing is now fixed and looks like it was just installed. Thank you Bradley Construction for a beautiful job, well done. I would give them an A+ for going above and beyond.

I made the appointment to be met at the home we were purchasing for 3:30. To be able to do this my realtor had to make an appt. for me to be there as we did not yet own the home. This estimate was to be used in negotiation of the price of the home. I waited in the driveway until 4pm and no one showed up or called me to say they were not able to make the appt. Several WEEKS later someone from Bradley called me to see if I still needed some work done and had no clue that they had stood me up. We used another company for our $11,275 roof.

They were very professional. Their bid was a higher, about $1000 more than the company I am planning to use. My experience with them was good. They were more helpful than the other companies that I had contacted. The guy, who gave me the estimate, also went to my insurance company and got more money for me. They went the extra mile. They were very thorough and they spent a lot of time.

From the time I found this company on Angie's list - it was 2 hours before they called me back and a day before I had an estimate in hand. They were VERY responsive and this impressed us. The price was a little more than we expected, but we didn't go with a sub-contractor - they are a building company (which has it's advantages). Our overall experience with this company was VERY good. We did have some scheduling problems at one point, which was nice because the builder handled the delay by putting two people on the job to finish it up in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Bradley Construction to our friends and family.

From the beginning to the end, everything went well. All those who came on my property worked in a very professional manner. I would recommend them to others.

From what I hear the property looks really good. They were an excellent company to work with. Von Mitchel kept on top of the project. He called me often to discuss exactly how I wanted things done. I am very pleased with him and the way he handled the job. I feel he has bent over backwards. I found him to be very accommodating.

They are really great and really professional. There were a few issues but everything was resolved quickly. I actually recommended them to a friend of mine and they gave me a referral bonus so I was really happy about that. They were very prompt and gave us an estimate when we asked for it which the other people would not. They were just ahead of everybody else.

The sales rep met with me once. He made a project bid. This the bid price was competitive. I requested some bid changes of all 6 bidders, and this bidder did not respond. Someone from the company called a couple of weeks later to follow up and I told him that I had not received their modified bid and needed to make my decision that same day. He then informed me that the sales rep I met with had left their company. I told him that I was not upset, and would include their company in bidding on similar work in the future.,

The project quoted was replacement of roof, gutters, garage doors, trim and siding due to hail damage. The manager quickly responded to my inquiry by setting up an appointment for their project manager to come to my house and look at the job and by sending pertinent insurance information and references. The project manager showed up right on time as agreed to. Throughout the quoting process he always called and showed up as promised. The quote was provided in a timely manner and payment terms were for full payment after satisfactory completion of the work. One thing I had requested but did not receive in the quotation was a detailed description of the garage doors and windows to be installed. The rather large sticking point to me, was the one year labor warranty. This is a vendor who was ultimately not chosen for the job but nevertheless was good to work with in the quoting process.

I spent $1,100. I liked the guy because he was not aggressive; he was not pushy; and he was honest. I know enough about construction work personally and I knew what he was talking about. I knew what he was telling me was accurate. He did not push anything else on me, except what I needed. He was excellent. The price was a little high. I have not looked under the house. So, I cannot comment on the quality. I would consider this company in the future.

They told me what they were doing and noticed things which I didn’t and we worked on the same. They knew things which I didn’t know and they knew what they were doing. Their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent. I am planning to use them in future.

Bradley gave us a good quote, worked well with our insurance adjuster, and did a very professional job on our roof. They worked quickly but thoroughly and cleaned up well. No complaints.

One of the things I liked most about this contractor was that I didn't have to take time out of my day to meet him to discuss an estimate. They mailed me a professional letter with the estimate and included a brochure so I could easily pick out the replacement shingles. I asked if they could also install covers on my gutters and they sent me an email to show me what they offer. After making my selection for the shingles and sending the approximately 50% deposit, his crew showed up on schedule about 2 weeks later to complete the job. They were finished within 3 days. The roof looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up their mess. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that we couldn't negotiate an acceptable price to add gutter covers to the job.

They were excellent. They had a lot of good ideas about how to do the work when we were discussing it upfront. They did it quickly. They started and finished when they said they would. They were not the cheapest but they were fair. Some things changed during the project and they were very good about answering the phone. The guys that did the evaluations were very, very professional. The workers were contracted subs who only work for Bradley so they were all pulling in the same direction. I would definitely use them again.

After some storm damage to my roof, I received the check from my insurance company for the damage. I then chose 3 companies to ask for replacement estimates, with Bradley being the first one I got an appointment with, on a Tuesday. I must say, the presentation of their services bowled me over & they answered all my questions with patience & detail. I was suprised to learn they would be able to replace my roof for the amount the insurance company had paid out for the job. After meeting with the company representative, I set a work start date for the following week & cancelled the appointments I had with the 2 other companies because of the strong presentation they gave. I was given a work start date for the following week, and was surprised when they showed up that Friday to do the job, well ahead of schedule. They went straight to work tearing off the old roof & replacing it with 20 shingles for the new. I have a satellite dish on the roof & they did such a great job putting it back on that I didnt have to have the satellite company come out to repoint the dish when they were done; it picked up the signal just fine. They completed the job in one day & the cleanup was thorough; no nails or other small parts laying around to run over or for my dog to find & eat. I was told during the presentation that they would be calling me quarterly for the first year after completion to ensure there were no problems. To date, I have not received any followup calls, but I still highly recommend this company because of their service & the quality of the work.

The estimate from Terry was very thorough and submitted in a timely fashion. The project was to take app. 2 months to complete. Workers arrived promptly every day and sometimes stayed later than 5 PM and worked some Saturdays. The workers at all levels of the project were very nice/courteous and easy to work with. There were some delays in product and because of the magnitude of the job. The job was completed within a reasonable time frame. Bradley Construction does quality work and is worth the little extra of the estimate.

The guys from Bradley did a great job. The price was slightly higher than I had expected but after the detailed explanation from the sales man and after going over references and checking them out through the Better Business Bureau I decided to go with them. Another thing that impressed me was the workers put on shoe covers before ever entering my home. That showed how much they respected the house. Very helpful with paint selection. The paint lines were sharp. They were professional and courteous. It took only two days and left my home spotless. Would use them for any other project in my home. WOW!!! Very Impressed!!!!!

I’ve not been there to see it. I’ve seen the photos of it. My phone dealings with them were excellent. I liked the fact that they came out and looked at the house. They came out within 3 hours of being contacted. They started the work on the roof in less than a week after they initially looked at it. That was a big deal because I had been waiting on the insurance and I tried to get estimates from other companies and they wouldn’t give me one. I was rather ready to pay out of my pocket because I ended up with my house with a damaged roof for 6 weeks. They were very speedy. They did a good job. The roof looks very nice. They were very professional on the phone. They were very good with speedy responses. The internal work that they did was a little high. I was very happy with the price for the roof replacement because I had a roof replaced in Florida in 2004 and I had paid the same price. They were a little pricey with the internal repairs. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Beautiful job! Workers arrived on time and worked very efficiently throughout the day. I would leave and return unexpectedly and found the roofers ALWAYS working very diligently. They acknowledged me when I came to check on things and were never bothered by my "nosing around". All of the old material was removed promptly. Vaughn was extremely professional explaining the process and keeping me informed of their progress during this 2 day job. The finished prices was right in line with the original quote. I chose this provider for 3 reasons: price, professionalism and other ratings by Angie's List reviews. VERY glad that I did. Thank you!

If you use these guys, ask for Joel. He's a very laid back fellow, knows his craft and listens to what you want. He takes great care for every detail and he cleans up behind himself every day. We purchased our home in Oct 2007, fully aware after inspection that the roof was probably in it's final years, although that was not apparent cosmetically. The roof is/was still beautiful and *appeared* to be in fine condition. However, it is nearly 30 years old and soon after we moved in, a nasty leak poured through the chimney flashing into my living room and onto my brand new hardwood floors. As I mentioned earlier- we had three other contractors in to repair this problem with no success over the ensuing 2 years! We happened to meet the president of Bradley Construction, Terry Bradley, while out on the town one evening and explained our woe. He said he would be happy to take a look at it for us and we arranged an appointment for the very next morning. He and his foreman showed up on time and performed the inspection. We felt so confident in his explanation of the problem, his professional demeanor, and his obvious experience and knowledge, that we hired him on the spot! His team showed up at the appointed time and knocked on the door. I was home alone so really appreciated that all the guys wore Bradley Construction shirts and that their vehicles were also clearly marked. That might not be important to some people, but to me- it offered a real sense of security. Mr. Bradley's employees were polite, professional, and extremely unobtrusive. Our home has floor to ceiling windows and sliders in the front so, it's very exposed. I was thrilled to notice that as they traveled the deck from one side of the house to the other, they purposefully avoided invading my privacy and did not even attempt to peer inside. Whenever they needed to enter my home, they knocked and asked permission to step inside- After a while, I was tempted to say: 'just come on in!" lol. Seriously though, I was truly impressed with the courteousness afforded to me. Bradley's team worked fast and efficiently. I was a little perplexed at the movement all around the roof since I knew that the leak was centralized at the chimney but was unbelievably pleased when I realized afterward that they had gone over my whole roof and pounded in all the nail-pops and tightened a couple of loose shingles, as well! Wow, ok?! An extra mile- in this day and age. How about that!! After they left, I fully expected to have to sweep the deck, pick up nails and/or scraps of shingles, flashing, tar balls, and whatever from the yard because that is what I had become accustomed to. Well, not this time! There was absolutely no evidence that they had even been here!! They left my property in the condition they found it or better. It has been four months, three heavy rains, and two snowstorms since Bradley Construction repaired my leak. Not a drop of water, not a drizzle. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Leak free, finally!! We have referred two of our friends to Bradley Construction and they were also very pleased with his work- a roofing job and a bathroom. Needless to say, we highly recommend them to everyone and to anyone who might be reading this report. As I mentioned earlier, our roof is probably at the end of it's years. When the time comes- we will call only one contractor to do the job. Bradley Construction. As a matter of fact, I have a bathroom remodel coming up at tax return time... I think I'll call them now!
