Wonderful experience. The quote was fair and prompt with work beginning immediately after the bid was accepted. The bathroom update was a small part of a much larger and complex remodel. The crew was extremely professional with not one but two master carpenters! The crew was on time every morning, acted professionally, and cleaned up the site every evening before going home. I highly recommend Bradley Construction, LLC and plan to use them again in the Fall to completely gut and remodel our kitchen.
Description of Work: Our very small guest bathroom was gutted and flipped. The stone work was painstakeningly and artfully installed. Seamless job.

The process went very well. Terry was very professional and always on call if we had any questions. They came and worked long hours to be sure the project was completed on time. They even came and worked on weekends for us. I enjoyed working with Bradley Construction. They made an overwhelming experience seem so easy for us. Terry and the guys heandled all of our wants and needs, treating us very well. The quality of the finished product was perfect, If we ever had additional work done to the house, they would be the first we call.
Description of Work: We hired Bradley Construction to close in our patio and create a sunroom. While working on this project they also tiled the shower in the master bathroom. Creating the sunroom was such an easy process with Bradley Construction. They took down large brick exterior columns and cleaned up all debris the same day. The guys framed, insulated the room, waterproofed the walls, put up drywall, placed seven windows and one door, evened out the floor and placed wood floor. They finished off the room nicely by laying wood flooring, painting, and putting up crown moulding. Electrical work was also done by installing outlets, placing a cieling fan and moving a light switch. I was also pleased with my bathroom shower, Large natural travertine was installed in the bathroom along with large seamlees glass doors.

My only downside is that I was promised pictures from them and they never delivered. (I wanted pics during the process and the repairs performed high up from woodpecker, bat and other creatures damage.)
Description of Work: My home needed exterior repair and prep for painting. It is a very large contemporary home built on a slope with extremely high roof angles and decking. They helped me with choosing colors by painting large swatches on the house so I could see it in various lighting conditions and from distances. I have a background with paint manufacturing and know very well about proper prep and application. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. I am pleased with the job and recommend them highly.

I choose Bradley Construction after reading reviews online many different roofers.I also visited their web site to verify how long the company was in business and found out other credentials such as the owner being a graduate of the Citadel.. I was not disappointed in the response that I received from the Project Mgr, Mark P. He explained exactly what his company could provide and how the process working with our homeowner's insurance would proceed. Mark took control of the process talking with the insurance adjuster and meeting with him to access the damages on the roof. Once approved, Mark gave us recommendations for the type of roof we needed. Within 3 days the workmen were at my home and by end of day the roof was completed with no trace of discarded materials left behind. We did have some follow-up work along with a chimney cap that was done by another person. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Mark was exceptional working with working between the insurance company and us to expedite the entire process. We were also please that Bradley Construction offered a $250 coupon on Angie's list. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradley Construction to anyone looking for a reputable company to hire.

FIRST CREW WAS ON TIME AND GREAT. THEY COVERED EVERYTHING IN THE MBR SO LIMITED CONCRETE DUST AS THEY REMOVED THE TUB AND SHOWER. I WAS SURPRISED THEY ALSO REMOVED THE COVERINGS THEY "INSTALLED" IN THE MBR BUT ASSUMED THIS WAS A DAILY THING AND THAT WAS GOODNESS. WE HAD PICKED THE TILE AND WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO FURTHER CHARGES. WE WERE ADVISED BY THE DECORATOR (PROVIDED BY BRADLEY) THAT WE SHOULD TILE TO THE CEILING. WE WERE THEN PRESENTED WITH AN ADDITIONAL BILL FOR $600 FOR ADDITIONAL TILE WORK (JUST THE AMOUNT OF OUR ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT) WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL AND TOLD THEM SO... BUT WE HAD NO CHOICE AT THAT POINT SINCE THE BATHROOM WAS RIPPED UP. THE SECOND CREW ARRIVED ON DAY #3 AND THE PROJECT STARTED DETERIORATING RAPIDLY. I STARTED TO KEEP A DAILY LOG OF HAPPENINGS. THEY SAID THIS WOULD BE A TWO-WEEK JOB, POSSIBLY JUST 10 DAYS. IT TOOK OVER SEVEN WEEKS, WITH OUR SLEEPING UPSTAIRS BECAUSE THE MBR WAS FILTHY WITH DUST (ALONG WITH DUST IN THE HOUSE IN GENERAL) THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WOULD CLEAN, BUT THE POOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT CAUSED CONTINUAL REWORK (ESPECIALLY PLUMBING ERRORS) THERE WERE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE PROJECT MANAGER AND THE ACTUAL TILE LAYER AND THE PLUMBER(S) I STARTED DAILY LOGS OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING BECAUSE THIS JOB WAS A REAL MESS. TWO DAYS OF PLACING AND MUDDING IN WALLS WAS LOST WHEN IT WAS REALIZED THAT THE ON/OFF FOR THE SHOWER WAS ON THE WRONG WALL. I CONTINUALLY ASKED FOR A SCHEMATIC OF THE SHOWER WALL AND AT ONE POINT WAS TOLD THAT "EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE, IT'S UP HERE" AS THE WORKER POINTED TO HIS HEAD. THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS TO DELIVER PARTS... THEY WERE CONTINUALLY MISSING. WHEN THE TILING WAS COMPLETED, IT WAS CLEAR THAT THERE WAS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW. THE FLOW OF WATER WAS NOT CONTAINED AND WOULD FLOW RIGHT ONTO THE BATHROOM FLOOR. TWO OWNERS CAME OVER TO REVIEW. ONE CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION AND THE OTHER SAID, "THIS WILL COST YOU". I SAID THERE WAS NO WAY THIS SHOULD COST ANYTHING MORE... IT WAS THEIR ERROR. THE NET OF THIS IS THAT WE DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE ORIGINALLY WANTED WHICH WAS A WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SHOWER. THERE IS A CURB TO BE NEGOTIATED IN ORDER TO GET INTO THE SHOWER. I ALSO ASKED FOR A LISTING OF PARTS, SINCE $2300 OF THE $12,000 WAS AN "ALLOWANCE" FOR PARTS. WE ORDERED ALL CHROME TO KEEP PARTS DOWN, AND SPOKE TO THE TILE VENDOR ABOUT PRICING IN ORDER TO COME IN LESS THAN THE $2300 ALLOWANCE. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE LIST UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT WAS DEMANDED. AT THAT POINT THEIR TOTAL WAS ACTUALLY OVER THE $12000 AND WE JUST PAID THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT (PLUS $600) TO GET THEM OUT OF THE HOUSE ONCE AND FOR ALL. TWO WEEKS INTO THIS JOB AND WE ADVISED THEM THAT WE HAD HIRED A CLEANING CREW TO GET THE DUST OUT OF THE HOUSE. THEY SAID NOTHING. WE ALSO HAD OUR CARPETS CLEANED AFTER THEY WERE DONE BECAUSE, ALTHOUGH THERE WAS SOME EFFORT MADE IN COVERING OUR CARPETING IN THE MBR, THERE WERE SEVERAL DAYS WHEN THEY JUST WALKED OVER IT WITH THEIR BOOTS, MAKING NO EFFORT TO PROTECT ANYTHING. THE FINAL "POKE IN THE EYE" WAS ON THE LAST DAY OF THE PROJECT. THE PROJECT MANAGER SAID THE WORKER WOULD BE THERE TO FINISH THE TILING AND WATERPROOFING AT 8AM. WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE HOME, AS WE HAD DURING THIS WHOLE ONGOING PROJECT. WE CALLED AT 9 AND WERE TOLD HE WAS ON HIS WAY. WE CALLED AT 10:30 AND GOT THE SAME MESSAGE. HE ARRIVED AFTER NOONTIME SAYING HE WAS ON ANOTHER JOB THAT MORNING. THE PROJECT MANAGER ONCE AGAIN LIED (I HATE THAT WORD BUT CAN'T THINK OF ANOTHER) TO US ABOUT THE SCHEDULE AND THE PLAN... THIS WAS AN ONGOING MAJOR STRESS FOR US DURING THIS ENTIRE PROJECT. NET: WE THOUGHT THAT GOING WITH AN ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDED COMPANY WAS BETTER THAN GOING WITH A CONTRACTOR WHO WOULD NEED TO CONTRACT OUT EACH SKILL. THEIR PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN WE WANTED, BUT THEIR SALES PITCH WAS EXCELLENT. WE PAID FAR TOO MUCH AND DIDN'T GET WHAT WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE TWO WEEK PROJECT STARTED JANUARY 2 AND THE FINAL TOUCH WAS A SEALANT BY THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE GLASS PANEL, ON FEBRUARY 21.
Description of Work: WE REQUESTED A WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SHOWER. REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF EXISTING SHOWER, BATH, TOILET, EXISTING PLUMBING AND FLOOR TILE. CLOSE IN WINDOW FOR NEW SHOWER EXTENSION. INSTALL HAND RAILS IN SHOWER, ADA HEIGHT TOILET AND HAND RAIL, FROSTED GLASS ON ONE SIDE OF SHOWER, RAMP FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS INTO SHOWER, PAINT WALLS AND CEILING, INSTALL NEW FLOOR TILING; GROUT AND SEAL

Response from Bradley Construction LLC
As a small family owned business, Bradley Construction supports over 20 families. Angie’s List Customers have been a great source of wonderful customers and in the last two years we have won 11 Super Service Awards. Because of the credibility of Angie’s List reviews, we are vigilant in reading and identifying where we can improve to better serve the Customer. This bathroom turned out beautiful. We provided an Interior Designer for the Customer as she had a hard time making decisions. We built the bathroom as agreed. When she didn’t like it, we made the changes at our expense. Of course this delayed completion. I am shocked that the Customer feels this way after the time and money we spent to make her happy. We accept the constructive criticism we receive on these reviews. We use this feedback to provide better service to our Customers. However, when a Customer makes statements that are not true, we must point this out. We would not being fulfilling our duty to the families we support if we did not respond. Therefore, I would like to take the time to address five items in the Customer’s review. They are: 1) the Customer’s inference that the additional tile charge was a way to cover the Angie’s List discount, 2) the statement that the Customer had no choice but to proceed since the bathroom was ripped up, 3) the reference to our design flaw, 4) the belief that the length of the project(7 weeks) was due solely to our lack of responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality, and 5) the characterization of our Project Manager as a liar (see the member’s comments towards the end of the review). As to the inference that the additional tile charge was a way to cover the Angie’s List discount – or as the Customer characterizes the charge, ”just the amount of our Angie’s list discount”. The original contract contemplated a certain amount of tile. After meeting with the Designer, the Customer requested approximately 40 square feet of additional tile work. There is nothing sinister about charging for extra work requested by a Customer. As to the statement that the Customer had no choice but to proceed because the bathroom “was ripped up.” The morning the project began, myself (Owner), the Project Manager, the Interior Designer, the Customer, the Customer’s neighbor, our tile installer, and two Bradley Construction workers met to discuss and confirm the project details. At that time, we were informed that the Customer wanted the additional tile work. We presented her with the $630 charge for the additional work. Once she signed off on the additional work, we then commenced the Project. Nothing had been “ripped up”. As to the “design flaw”, we were asked to create a turnaround, ramp and shower in an approximately 34” x 94” space without a shower curtain, shower door or curb at the end of the shower. The Customer had been informed from the beginning that this totally open design would mean that the shower pan could not contain the water from spilling over the ramp or turnaround area. The Customer acknowledged this and did not accept this as a problem until after the shower had been completely tiled. When she finally stated this was an issue, we did not argue with the Customer. Instead we cut the tile out and installed a curb at our expense. She was not charged. From the beginning and repeatedly we suggested a shower door or curtain. As to the length of any project, much of the time frame is dependent on Customer selections or changes to the scope of the work. The Project commenced on January 2nd. Paint colors were not selected by the Customer until January 15th – 13 days after we started. On January 18th, the Project was essentially complete. We still had a back ordered grab bar and siding to be installed and some minor touch-ups. On or about the 19th, we were informed of the “design flaw” and that her glass panel was “butt ugly”. We immediately addressed the scope of work change and glass panel. Shortly thereafter the Customer left town for over a week. When she returned on or about February 10th, she informed us that she had ordered her seat. The seat arrived on or about February 14th. On the 15th, we installed her seat, grab bar and completed minor touch ups. As to our Project Manager being a liar and as she puts it “the final poke in the eye” and “once again lied”. I agree that the Customer is correct that the tile installer was not at her home when he represented, however our Project Manager was just relaying the information given. He did not lie but we do apologize for the mistake and inconvenience. We are not perfect, but we respectfully disagree with the Customer’s grades. Thank You to all the other Angie’s List Customers. As you can tell from some reports, we do make mistakes but we are not liars and we are not out to “get over on anyone”. We are about doing the right thing.

We had three proposals for repair of drywall joints and interior painting of several rooms, foyer, and hall. The painters arrived when planned and did an excellent job of fixing any cracks, painting the trim, and walls. The job took a couple of days more than originally expected, but that was because the painters were very careful in their work, covered our furnishings to prevent dust/paint, and cleaned up at the end of every day. We are pleased with the final result.
Description of Work: Excellent work. Meticulous job.

Garage doors were on back order and we had to wait on those, so they then went ahead and went to work on fixing the bowed out wall, and building the wall inside of the garage. Then they insulated one side and put up paneling. This was a garage so we didn't want to go over board so we went with paneling which was cheaper but it warped really bad. Issac, then added boards to keep the paneling from really warping. The garage doors finally arrived and they were able to finish the job.
Description of Work: Wanted to add garage doors to the existing garage but found out that the wall between the doors was bowed so that had to be redone. Then we also wanted to put up a wall in between and insulate one side of the garage.

Inspected the shingles and what was visible of the roof, quoted for the work with an allowance for any roof decking that might require replacement but which was not visible from the inspection, then came as arranged and performed the quoted work. When I inspected the work at the end of the day I was disappointed to see that some of the sections of decking that were plainly rotten had not been replaced. (The decking planks on the car port are visible to anybody standing below.) I pointed this out to the representative and he agreed that they should have been replaced, and he made an arrangement to send a team out a couple of days later to replace these and replace the shingles above them for a second time. So the work was ultimately done satisfactorily, but because this was such an obvious oversight, I somewhat lost confidence in the degree of care and attention that had been taken. I am left with a suspicion that if there were other planks that were also unsound, (but which are not obvious to the eye) these would not have been detected and would not have been replaced as agreed.
Description of Work: Replaced shingles and a few pieces of rotten decking planks, and removed all debris from the premises.

We had no problems or issues with this company. They did what they said they would do for us and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We would call them for any future needs such as hardwood floors in our bedrooms and an enclosed porch. Bradley Construction Company is very reputable and fair.
Description of Work: Terry Bradley, the owner himself, came to my home right after Christmas to see what our mold problem was. We have a closed in hot water utility room in our garage. Just before the holidays, my husband noticed water coming from that room into the garage. When he opened the door, he saw water damage on the walls with black mold. Mr. Bradley estimated the cost to remove the drywall, use mold inhibitor on the bare walls, replace the drywall and paint the new walls with mold inhibitor paint. This was all completed before the New Year holiday!

After Bradley was finished the house looks better than brand new. Their guys did a better job, and used better materials and paint than the original builder. The crews worked hard and long. They were very professional at all times. If I wanted something done a certain way, or questioned anything they were doing, their crewmen always answered, "yes, sir we can do that". When they left for the day, they always showed me where they stopped and assured me they were returning to finish the task. They wanted to make sure that I ddn't think they were finished and the work was sub-par. I knew going in, and they readily admit, that they were not the cheapest renovation contractor I could hire. IMHO they are worth every penny I paid them. When they were finished, I felt like I got a bargain. I highly recommend Bradley Construction LLC. They first replaced my roof (previous review) and now fixed my home. They promised me that if I have any trouble down the line that they wouldn't shy away from any problem, and I trust them to keep their word. That's also a main reason I hired a good reputable local contractor. I want them to be around in 10-15 years if and when I might need them again.
Description of Work: Bradley did a fantastic job on my recent home renovations project. I have a 20 year old home that I had not kept up as well as I should have. The house suffered from rotting window and door trim and bad paint. Both exterior doors and one window needed replacement. Some of the wood trim around windows and grage doors needed replacing and all the wood trim needed repainting.

Terry Bradley, and Mark Crosby both came by our house to look at the remodel project, and while they were here, mentioned that our roof may need some attention. My husband got his ladder and within minutes, we knew that yes, we did have hail damage for sure. After that, once we contacted the insurance company, Bradley Construction came out, and we picked out what shingles we wanted, and they were extremely easy to work with, very punctual, and very professional in every way. They did the roof, and put new gutters up all in one day!!! WOW!! I was shocked when I came home from work, and they were still working. They cleaned up their mess before leaving, even though it was getting dark outside. Then Mark came back on Saturday to double check that everything was done correctly, and that we were satisfied, and we are very satisfied with all the work that they did. The $250 coupon from Angie's list was also very nice!!
Description of Work: I had originally called Bradley construction for a kitchen remodel, and we are still working on that process, since it takes a while for me to make decsions, but while they were here, Mark noticed our roof, and took a look at it for hail damage. It did have hail damage, and the company did an excellent job of replacing our roof on our home and garage and also tear down, and replacing of new gutters that won't allow debris to collect in.

Kim Bradley came out to my house and spent a lot of time talking with me and my wife about the redesign of cabinets in our kitchen. He took lots of measurements, made rough drawings. At the end he said he was going to get back with us within a week. In the second week, I had to do the follow-up phone call. Kim told me that he had been busy for a while, but that he should be back in touch with me the next week. After a few weeks, I still haven't heard back from anyone at Bradley Construction... And frankly, I don't need to hear back from them! I won't be using such an unresponsive company for my home project. I just wished they had let me know earlier that they were not interested in working on my home. Thank you for your time, though. To be fair, I should state that I have no idea of the quality of their finished product nor what the pricing would have been like. I don't even have any idea about the finished estimate quality either. On positive notes, I can tell you that Bradley Construction's representative showed up on-time, was courteous and was friendly.

Danny Pope contacted me the day after I called sometime in September and gave me an estimate before he left. The work began on October 8 and was mostly done by a single worker, Chip. Chip had to confront several issues and did a good job solving them. For example, the new vanity was not as wide as the previous one, and the base of the old vanity was embedded in the floor. There was a short holdup because Chip tried to use a saw instead of a sledge hammer to demolish the tub. There was a longer delay during the final week because the replacement tiles had not arrived. All in all the delays were no hardship and the excellent matching of the new to the old tiles more than mad up for it.
Description of Work: Bradley Construction removed the bathtub and replaced it with a fiberglass shower base, replaced the toilet and vanity and replaced tiles in areas left uncovered by tub removal. Their elegant solution that required matching 40 year old tiles allowed them to undertake this project at a much lower price than any competitor offered.

Bradley's sales pitch is that they do first quality work. Because of their claim of very high quality work and their ability to do the job sooner than other roofers, I chose Bradley to reroof my house. I'm the original homeowner. The house is 30 years old. I had 5 bids for this job. I asked for 30 year architectural shingles. Bradley made a very good bid, mainly because of a very low estimate for the gutters, otherwise I probably would have gone with a competitor roofing company. The original roof was 18 years old and leaking at the ridge vent, which is why I wanted it to be replaced. There was no insurance money involved. A 4 man roofing crew showed up on time and worked fast and hard from about 9 AM until 5:30 PM. They were gone about 2 1/2 hours at lunch. The work crew was not supervised. They removed the old 3 tab shingled roof in the morning and had it completely stripped and felt covered by noon. There were 3 small areas of rotted boards that could have been quickly fixed in less than an hour; they fixed 1 spot (apprx 18" wide x 8 feet) at the front of the house, and let the other 2 areas go (one along the ridge vent, one at the front opposite end of the house). During the afternoon they installed almost the whole roof. Because of shortage of just a few shingles, they came back to finish 2 days later. Upon inspection after the first day, I found exposed nail heads in certain spots on the front of the house, about 5 due to low nailing, probably due to being too fast with the nail gun (there were no such exposed nails on the back of the house). They used nails for fastening the low side of each plumbing vent boot, both exposed, which may or may not be ok, I don't know. There are 3 exposed nails around the chimney, again this is how they chose to do the finish work, probably not ok. After day 1, before the job was finished, and while corrective action could have been more easily taken, I got on the roof with Mark and pointed out the exposed nail heads and voiced concern about re-roofing over rotted boards at the ridge vent. He saw these concerns as complaints and did not offer solutions. The roofers next day came back to finish up the job and made no specific corrections to address my concerns, other than to put black mastic over each one of the exposed nail heads. I've been left wondering how often I will need to check these nails and reapply mastic. Long term, I lack confidence this roof will last before it leaks again. I really don't expect the nails will hold long term along the ridge vent at the location of the rotted board. The gutter installer was excellent. His work was first rate and fast. He was also unsupervised. He was able to accomodate our color request. I'm very pleased with the gutters. Site cleanup was very good. I've wrestled whether to call the company (as they ask) for a review of these concerns, but I decided to let it all go and post this review. What I feel is that professionalism means doing the job right while the work is in progress. I don't think I want people coming back to tear up sections of my new roof. Bottom line is that I'm not completely satisfied because the technical quality of the roofing work didn't seem to match the sales pitch. On the other hand, I have a very nice looking roof from the road. Time will tell if it lasts or if it eventually leaks prematurely.
Description of Work: Remove old roof and gutters on 30 yr old house, replace up to 2 rotted boards, install new roofing felt, and install 30 yr architectural shingles. Remove and install new gutters.

Told me they would come first thing. I waited all day. A week later they call and are outside my house. I wasn't home (wasn't expecting them) but my neighbor let them in. They repaired the roof. About a week later, it still leaks. They will be here on Wednesday to repair it. Again I waited all day. A few days later they show up again - and repair the roof again, with no charge. Still another leak - about a yard from the first one. They will come on Friday morning first thing. Never showed. He called me the next week and was ready to come. I didn't want to wait another full day with no one coming so I canceled. They do good work - if you can just get them to keep their word about coming when they say.

The work was not bad when it finally got completed. The gutters were a nice match for the house. It took about two months to get the work completed. They made excuse after excuse after excuse. It was a minor amount of work and it wasn't a major job. It should have taken about two weeks and it took two months. We kept conveying this to the owner. They were professional when they first came out but it didn't go well. We could have probably gotten it cheaper but we were willing to pay more because we thought we would get what we paid for. The only major problem was their punctuality. They were very professional. We are doing an addition in the future and would have liked to have used them but they totally wiped that out. We were not pleased and we told them.
Description of Work: I used Bradley Construction to fix some siding on our house. They replaced a window and our gutters. They also replaced some wood that had rotted underneath the siding.

They were very professional in quoting and follow up. My only complaint was I asked for the crew to be done working for the day by 6:00 PM and it was around 7:00 before they left. Quality of work was great. Follow up was awesome. Sales rep walked around our home and cleaned up items the crew missed. I would definitely use again.
Description of Work: They approached us after a hail storm. Our neighbors were already getting their roof done by Bradley. We had no idea we might have hail damage. My first thought was scammers, but after calling and reporting possible damage to our insurance company it turns out we did need our roof replaced. They came in with a lower quote than the contractor that came out with the adjuster. They completely replaced our roof, mainly shingles, but brought plywood just in case they needed it. Did not want a dime up front!

I am thinking about using them because I saw their award on Angie's List. Their price is about what I figured it was going to cost.

We wanted to get our gutters replaced and called a few places we found on Angie's List. We have a walkout basement so the back of our house is 3 stories high and not everyone can go up that high. When we called Bradley Construction they had a very professional presentation and a very good price. We were so impressed with job they did we ask them about replacing some damaged siding and adding a 50' drain to tie into to our existing french drain around the house along with our AC drain line. We have been so pleased with everything they did we would not hesitate to call them again for any remodeling or repairs that might come up in the future.

Chip was the lead on the job and though the temperature reached 105 degrees on more than a few days, he (and the limited help he had) was on site promptly and worked the entire day. Though there were a few hiccups, which caused the job to take longer than expected, Chips' skill and professionalism turned the project into a work of art. "I, of course, have taken all the credit for all of the ooo's and aw's from the neighbors". In spite of cost and time overruns Bradley Construction stood behind their quote and finished the job without any hidden costs.I want to thank Mr.Bradley (Owner), Vaughn Mitchell (Sales) and especially Chip for providing me with a deck I will enjoy for many years.
Description of Work: Built a 14 foot by 16 foot patio at the rear of my home. It includes vinyl covered aluminum railing and a roof. A side deck was also added to park a barbeque grill.

We were able to choose the washer and dryer and paint. I like that they call us ahead of time and let me know when they are going to be returning. They clean up when they leave. They are prompt and the person overseeing the project does stop by to check on the work. I am very pleased and we are new to the area and did not know anything about them. I would rate them overall an A. They are polite and make sure the don't mess up the house and if they've moved anything they will move it back. I was very impressed with the price, especially with the amount of work done. They have been responsive from the first time we called them. They really listen to what you are saying.
Description of Work: We are currently using Bradley Construction for a project. They have not finished as of yet. They have done quite a bit of interior painting and we have the high pitched ceilings and walls. They have put in a washer and dryer for us in the garage, they have done some dock work for us as we live on a lake, they also put some windows in the garage for us. We still have some work that needs to be done.
