Bradley Construction LLC

After meeting with multiple contractors and receiving multiple estimates, I decided to go with Bradley Construction's Project Manage Issac's quote. I went with Issac and Bradley because I knew it wasn't a simple fix and Issac did a good job of explaining in detail what his plans were to fix the sag and secure the carport. The job took a little over a week and the crew worked through the worst weather possible to get the job done. After the concrete was poured, Issac stayed long after the typical work day was over to make sure that the concrete was protected from the rain. Issac and I stood outside holding the tarp through a terrible storm for close to an hour. This is the type of contractor you want working on your house. Throughout the entire project the crew used the phrase "The Bradley Way" which I can tell you is a good thing. This company does whatever it takes to make sure that you get quality work. The cost of the job was rather high, but you definitely get what you pay for with Bradley Construction.

Bradley Construction sent two men out. I explained that I had a roof leak. They confirmed this and did a temporary repair, which they said could last a few weeks or several months. Essentially for $325 they just confirm I had a roof problem and patched the problem without provide a permanent solution. I view this as strictly a pre-paid sales call. When I asked them to keep going and provide a permanent fix, Bradley Construction said that would have to be a completely separate estimate, etc. I suggested that they use the $325 I paid toward a lasting solution or repair, but they said (laughably) that Angie's List would not allow them to do that! As if Angie were running there business. By the way, the ad was deceptive because there was no maintenance, i.e., Bradley Construction just applied the "patch" and walked away with $325. There was no maintenance service after the promotional price visit at all - very misleading promotion.

Bradley Construction LLC was very professional in quoting and performing work. The cabinet worked was excellent and all work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Bradley Construction for any home renovation project.

Initial estimate for both cost and timeline for gate construction and installation were as promised. Actual installation took place within a few hours, but the horizontal alignment of the gates with the rest of the fence line was not quite correct. It took a return visit by the installer and a follow-up alignment by me to get the gates aligned parallel with the rear fence line. Major concern was not allowing too much clearance under the gates for a new puppy, and that was done, but the alignment of the gates with the rest of the rear fence line was important to me too. The problem was corrected and the gates work as I had intended.

The price quoted for the service was reasonable. The man who gave me the quote seemed very reasonable, personable and extremely helpful. He also offered me options.

The representative for Bradley construction was punctual and professional. Overall the price quoted was 3,500 higher than other quotes received by multiple other roofing companies. Based on this factor alone, I did not hire them to complete the job..

We called and described the problem. Vaughn, the estimator, scheduled his visit and arrived punctually on the exact moment. I feel he took his time to go up in the attic and thoroughly look for obvious problems. He patiently explained to me a number of things I did not understand about roofs and leaks, and offered a fixed price for his crew to come out and do a complete inspection and repair, with the understanding that if a section needed to be rebuilt, we would need to adjust the price. I did not feel he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need. His team arrived on schedule and they spent considerable time looking at the potential source of each of the leaks. With someone in the attic, and another on top, they applied hose water in likely areas and quickly seemed to identify where the problems might be. They seemed to know what they were doing, and when complete, I was confident the roof was in much better shape. After they left, I did identify one item I was concerned about, and when Vaughn came out for a final inspection, I pointed it out to him. He agreed it should have been addressed, and his team returned and corrected the item quickly. I think that the price was reasonable, the interaction through Vaughn was professional, and I was very satisified with the service and results.

Overall ,I am content with the finished roof and screenporch. I wasn't happy with the sub contractors that did some of the work, but Mr Bradley came out himself and made sure it was right. One Sub, I think Bryan Randall,who did alot of the inside work on my home, noticed the substandard work on the porch and notified Mr. Bradley and it was corrected. If he is involved I would deffinatly use them again. He sees things that may have been done wrong and makes them right. Terry Bradley stands behind his work. Again I wasn't happy with the guy giving the first estimate, but they went above the mark to make the job right.

Scheduling was a little bit of an issue early on, but overall the experience went well. The office communication was the issue.

Charles Lewis came to our house at the time we designated,he was prompt and very courteous and from start to finish he had transformed our window into a door in just one day. The next few days he completed the flooring, and by weeks end he had finished the job exactly how we wanted it done. He cleaned up everything every day and made it a very good experience. We wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

Bradley Construction LLC were a little pricey and the distance concerned me. They are too far away from me. They were fine, they were organized.

Their estimator, Vaughn showed up on time and gave us a good estimate. The workers were here on time and worked well. They used tarps to protect the bushes while they were removing the old roof. They did a quality job, installing water and ice shield in all of the valleys and around the vent pipes. The first day they were interupted by rain and covered the unfinished area with a tarp. The next day they were back and finished. They did a very good clean up. They went around the house several times. The following day we had an inch of rain and there were no leaks. Overall, I was completely satisfied and would hire them again.

We are very happy with the roofing that Bradley Construction LLC did. We had some wind damage to our roof and we started losing shingles. They were out immediately to look at the roof and to give us a quote. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company and there were no problems at all. It was done within two weeks. They came and did one day of work - our home is about 2100 square feet. They were here in the morning and were done by the night. The crew was quick and efficient. The only thing that we had requested was that we would be able to communicate with someone on the crew, not knowing if they would be Spanish speaking and I don't speak Spanish. That was not a problem, we were able to communicate with everybody.

Putting my property on the market soon, needed to have these jobs done.

Everything went very well. They came when they were supposed to and did the work in a timely fashion. This is the third time we have used Bradley Construction and could not be more pleased. Their work is excellent and their prices, while not the cheapest, are very reasonable. When plan to have them remodel our bathrooms and kitchen in the near future.

They were very responsive and they were very aggressive in pricing. They followed up and made sure that things were taken care of. They got the work done. They are a competent and reliable company. They have a large staff of people and they have people that are experts for the job. When we had the hall built we had to have some electrical done and they came in and did that themselves. They put a tile floor in and they did that themselves. They had different crews that were experts in different things. The work was done well. There were a couple of times that they did not show up when they were supposed too. It did take them longer to finish the job than expected.

I have been trying to get a quote on some roof repair for over 1 yr. I needed a couple of boots replaced, some popped up nails repaired, and I had a leak near the top of my roof in one area. I called Bradley, and Chris was out in a couple of areas. After looking at my roof, and giving me a written quote, he said he would be out with Tony the next day. Sure enough, they were on time, and immediately got to work. Not only did they fix the problems I was aware of, they also found some other areas that needed minor repair. A few days later, we had a hard rain. The leak that they fixed, had actually covered up a second leak. I called Chris back to get him back to fix the second leak. He apologized that he missed it the first time, and promptly fixed the leak. I expect my roof to last a few more years, and then will definitely be calling Bradley for my full roof replacement.

I knew I needed to correct problems with roof leaking. Sonny was very helpful and I never felt any pressure to purchase additional services. Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them for an honest evaluation and reasonable price.

The new roof Bradley installed last fall began to leak aorund the chimney in January after three days of rain.. They sent out a man to check it after the rain quit, and he recaulked it. It still leaked during the next rain. Right after that, Bradley was installing a new roof on my neighbors' house based on what we had told them about our experience, and had some of their workers from that job reinstall the flashing around our chimney after they finished the neighbors roof. Bad call in this sense - they started so late that it got dark before they finished, and they completed the work by flashlight. It looked amaturish compared to the original job, and it still leaked during the next rain. Bradley sent another man to look at it, and he added more caulk, but it still leaked during the next rain. In an act that, to us, illustrates Bradley's commitment to their customers, they sent Issac Gruchow out to fix it, whatever it took - kudos to Terry Bradley for making that commitment. Issac is one of their project managers, and the fact that they would dedicate someone of that level to make sure the leak was fixed spoke volumes about their dedication.. Issac is a young man with old fashioned craftsman skills and work ethics. Before he began, he ctimbed in the attic and examined the area around the chimney closely. He worked hard for parts of three days, installing new flashing, installing new shingles, and reinstalling parts of the ridge vent. After he finished, he tested his work with a sprinkler in a couple of positions on the roof for over an hour. While the sprinkler was running, he was in the attic looking for leaks. There were no leaks during the test, nor have there been since he finished, and we have had some hard wind and rain since then. And, it's a beautiful, professional looking job, too. We were beginning to get frustrated before Issac showed up to do the job, but he quickly convinced us he would fix it. I know he overkilled it, but he got the job done, and his work kept us happy with Bradley Construction.

The overall experience went very well and everyone involved was professional and polite.

Bradley Construction's project management skills was just great. The workers were clean and they were all very professional. They worked on our project for two and a half weeks. We don't have any complaints at all. They did a really good job. The final price was probably a little more. But they did a quality job and even threw in a designer for our use, to actually help us, initially. For what we got, the quality and the hands-on project management, they were worth the extra money. We had one small problem and called them at 9:00 on a Friday night, and they were instantly out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. We did have to wait on them a couple of times.

They were prompt and courteous. They did the work as stated. They were here when they said they would be here on time and worked out well.

The first concrete pour was just finished when it started raining causing the finish to form a slight depression collecting and holding water rather than causing it running off away from the house. Bradley Construction (General Contractor) tore out the concrete and poured a second time correcting the problem at no additional cost. Actually, the finish on the second pour was much better than the first. Bradley is a first class company.

Isaac Gruchow was our Bradley Construction project manager. Isaac's people started work the day after our statement of work and quote were finalized. Isaac's work started long before that. Isaac's technical knowledge, experience and willingness to spend sufficient time with us helped us make many of the final decisions that made a thorough and complete statement of work possible. This required several face-to-face meetings in our home. Isaac made the extra effort to make these meetings happen rather than shuffle emails back and forth. A sufficiently detailed and mutually agreed upon statement of work helped us avoid any communication issues during the remodeling project. It also kept the price as was agreed upon before the work started. The project work went much as you would expect from a company that has won the awards and reviews that Bradley Construction has won. The workers were professional and courteous as expected. What was unexpected was the extra attention to containing the "mess" so that we always had living space available. Remember, we're talking about removing popcorn ceilings here. Every evening the crew made the extra effort to assure that my wife and I had access to the refrigerator, stove and sink so that we could prepare a meal if we wished. We expected courtesy from people we were paying well, but the thoughtfulness these workers exhibited on a daily basis was well beyond what we anticipated. Due to poor planning on my part, my wife had knee replacement surgery in the midst of the project. We left the key to our home with the crew to come and go as needed. We felt that secure with them and with Isaac. It was also obvious when we came home, that they had worked extremely hard to have our home ready for her return. We only had one temporary disappointment. The lapped board ceiling paint didn't cover as well as we expected. This was immediately corrected with considerable effort by Isaac and the crew and it now looks beautiful! All the painting results on the project were exceptionally good! Thanks Carlos and your crew! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that was done on our home and with the methods used by Isaac and the workers of Bradley Construction.
