Description of Work: I contracted Bradley Construction to build a garage in my back yard. It is a two car measuring 30ft wide and 24 feet deep. Bradley started on it before Thanksgiving. The weather has been terrible and with all the rain there have been many delays. They were in no way Bradley's fault. To get the foundation done needed two days in a row of no rain. That took some time but was completed with good results. The rain continued off and on through January but the garage has been finished. Bradley was very patient through the whole process and did a great job on the construction. I would not hesitate to use them again on another project.

Description of Work: Did not respond to an email asking for an evaluation and estimate for a home project.

Description of Work: When we called the company, we had several projects around the house that we described in detail to the person that answered the phone. Unfortunately they sent someone that was only able to discuss one of the five projects. When you call the office and give detailed instructions to the person answering the phone, the information does not get disseminated properly or accurately. When the person came to our house, he was not prepared to answer or advise on anything but one of the things we called about. The company advertises being able to accomplish a wide range of house projects and they have a good rating so we wanted them to have them perform some major work on our house. However, after talking with the person that arrived at our home, we learned that there is a minimum charge of $350 for each different task performed. We weren't clear, but it sounded like they have to sub out a lot of work. We were hoping for a decent rate and the convenience for using one company. So if you have one project and you plan on spending more than $350.00, the service seem ok. |We decided to have them repair our highest priority item being the leaking roof. Two guys came over and did a very thorough job. It took them approximately 30 minutes with little or no materials to accomplish the repair. $350.00 was an awfully steep charge for what was performed. We had massive rain for a week after the repair which was a great way of testing the integrity of their work. I'm happy to say they passed with flying colors. |When it came to payment, we once again had communication issues. We asked several times in advance which forms of payment they will accept. We were informed several times that they accept Discover card, however; there would be an additional fee. After the work was completed we were planning on paying the workers before they left. Instead, the workers stated that we would receive a bill in the mail. A couple of days later we received a voicemail stating they wanted immediate payment. I returned their call and left them several messages with my credit card information and a phone number for them to return my call. I was out of town and I never received a call back. When I returned home a week later, I hear voice message on my home phone number. Due to us being out of town, I clearly advised them to call us back on my cell number. I am not sure where their communication breakdown is, but it continually happens. Fortunately for me I had documentation in the form of an email that allowed me to prove that they gave me incorrect information about acceptable forms of payment. Their latest email stated that they do not accept Discover. I kept trying to get a straight answer about what had changed, but the only response I receive was "we do not accept discover". I never received an apology for the confusion, or something stating all of the other payment options. Due to my broken back and high medical bills, we had to now borrow money to pay for the repair. We would have waited on the repair if we would have known in advance, as I requested, the accurate information about acceptable forms of payment. They did good work, however; the whole process was unprofessional and confusing.

Description of Work: Total re-paint of our homes' interior and garage. Walls were prepped and dings- we raised 3 boys here-all taken care of. I think they underestimated the depth and breadth of the job. It took the better part of 2 weeks to complete. Would use them again, but let's hope I don't have to !

Description of Work: On the outside of the house, Bradley Construction pressure washed the siding, painted the front porch, door, and window trim. On the inside of the house, they removed wallpaper, prepared the sheet rock as needed, and painted the entrance hall, hall to the bedrooms, living room, dining room, den paneling, and kitchen walls and ceilings. They replaced the kitchen sink, installed granite countertops, and tile backsplash. They were prompt in delivering the estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. They were neat as they worked and each evening left the site clean. They honored their estimate. When I decide to remodel my bathrooms, I definitely will call Bradley Construction.

Description of Work: We did not use the company and decided to DIY. However, this is the company we would have used if we had hired a contractorr.

Description of Work: Bradley Construction LLC did a roof for me.

Description of Work: This work was the third time I have worked with Bradley Construction.The first two times were roofing and a new screened-inporch.Couldn't have been more pleased,concerning work performed and professionalism of this company top to bottom.The work that I needed this last time was due to storm damage.Needless to say there were several different types of repairs that needed to be performed.Roof,windows,gutters,siding,and even my new front porch.The company responded immediately and repaired everything that the storm had damaged.Very pleased with all things concerning Bradley Construction.This company will do whatever it takes to gain your complete satisfaction concerning any work performed.

Description of Work: Roof replaced with new shingles. New flashing placed around chimney. Color choices very good. Workers arrived promptly--work finished in the same day. Clean up around the yard was very good. During final walk around with the site manager, a couple of large dents and scrapes on the vinyl eaves were noted. He stated someone would be out within a week to repair. Two weeks later, the marks were still not repaired. After calling the owner, repair work was completed for the worst scrape and dent within a couple of days.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at two windows that we need replaced. One of them is a larger two story foyer window that would be quite expensive to replace, probably $2 -$3,000. It has been two weeks since then and they never called to give us a quote or to even say they aren't interested in doing the job.

Description of Work: Bradley Construction removed old shingles from my home and garage.Before installing the new shingles they even repaired the roof of my house in several different places.The workers were very efficient,working in a professional manner and treated us with politeness and also very courteous towards our needs while the project was ongoing.Afterwards the cleanup was excellent and the work on both roofs just looks great.We also had the company raze an old concrete porch and replace it with a larger screened in porch.Porch had to be gabled off existing structure to meet code.It looks as though it had always been an original part of the house and we have received compliment after compliment on the work performed by Bradley Construction.We also had them install Hardi Plank,new soffit and facia all around,and last but not least they installed new gutters that just made the job and all the work they had performed earlier look fantastic.During the time Bradley Construction was at our home,all of their workers were polite and always working as a craftsman should.I can't say enough good things about the support offered by the company's owners during time of project.We were always kept up to date concerning the projects and all of our questions and concerns were handled efficiently and immediately.If quality of work is your main concern,then I just don't think you could do any better than Bradley Construction.
