Description of Work: Installed a security system for $550(quoted me $285) and was professional and courteous with all working well when job was complete. However, within thirty days of the work performed, the devices connected to the security system stopped working and could not access remotely. Contacted Brandon and he indicated it would be $75 to come troubleshoot the issue as I was not aware of the detail setup.. I thought this company was trustworthy, however question their integirty as they did not show the customer how they established the remote connections so I could correct any future issues. Seems to me they know they will make more money if they have to troubleshoot the issue themselves.. He claimed additional charges were required since he was not familiar with the system, however he and Chris were the ones who installed and connected the remote devices per setup instructions. Lost alot of respect for this company when they charged double the quote and then extra for troubleshooting a problem that occurred within 30 days of work completion. If you use this company, ask a lot of questions about price and warranty as they did not stand behind their work
