Chris was on time, professional, thorough. Was able to trouble shoot the problem, diagnose, and fix quickly and efficiently. Replaced the seal under the toilet and fixed the problem. No more sewer smell leaching in.

They accomplished everything in short amount of time. Cleaned up after themselves very well.

The plumber arrived early and was able to immediately see where the blockage had occurred. He was able to clean out the roots with tools on his truck. Very professional.

They were able to do the work within 2 days of my call, which was important giving the timing of our vacation. I was given an estimate over the phone, and then a detailed estimate once they visited our house. Once they confirmed the job on site, there were teams on standby ready to purchase the unit and all necessary equipment so there was no delay - 3 trucks were parked outside at one point! The guys doing the install (Arthur, Jeff, and Chris) were all friendly and professional. They gave clear explanations of the work being done and how I should maintain things going forward. Arthur and Kenneth returned 2 days later to help with some issues uncovered with new use of the pressure reducing valve (no fault of theirs). They quickly resolved the issues at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again.

Great communication skills going on with Trina, April and Amy and the guys working the field. I called Monday. Wednesday's appt they were on time, accessed situation, quoted price and fixed it!! You can tell when you're dealing with honest, caring people and these are them. This is third job and I don't even get a second opinion. I just call Trina.

Could not have gone any better. Faucet replaced and now the cutoffs work.

If I could give this company AAAAAAA+ I would, I really wish there were a higher rating system for such professional work! From the time I spoke with Trina in the office to when Matt and Paul showed up to do the work I couldn't have asked for more pleasant and professional people to work with. First off, they showed up an hour ahead of time, big plus!! then they had to dig 2 to 3 feet down to reach the pipe and work around water supply lines running over and along side the sewer line. It was back breaking hard work yet Paul and Matt were cheerful throughout the entire repair time of 4 hours! All Clear needs to give these two young men a bonus for how they conduct themselves! Another major plumbing company had quoted me almost 4x the amount to get the job done. If all the employees at All Clear are as top notch as these 3..... what a stellar company!! I will use them for any/all my plumbing needs going forward and highly recommend them to all I know needing plumbing work! Call All Clear first, don't even bother calling anyone else! I can't tell you how happy I am with their work and the $$$ they saved me!

Very well, pr,ice was a little higher then I expected, but estimated was given before work and job done quickly.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, and the receptionist answered! Wow! it wasn't a machine or and answering service either. They scheduled for first thing Tuesday. Their quote was 1/3rd the price of the other two quotes I had gotten. Considering it took 2 guys ( a journeyman and an apprentice plumber) 3 hours to complete the job I thought the price of $275 was very reasonable. They showed me my pressure after the job, and showed me how to adjust it myself from the new PRV valve.

After reading the fantastic article in the Greenville News on this company I contacted them on behalf of my mother. From my initial conversation with Trina I knew this had been a good decision to use this company. I nor my mother were disappointed. I believe my mother spoke with Trina also because she very impressed with this lady also. The young man was not only on time but early. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

The plumbers were scheduled to arrive from 11-1 , they arrived at 10:30. The two plumbers were very professional. They answered all my questions and finished the job in a timely manner. I will call them in the future with any plumbing needs we have.

From the initial call to the prompt service call these guys are my go to plumber! They are trustworthy, efficient, fast and reasonably priced. I am keeping their number handy as my plumber I will use if I need any services in the future.

We'd moved in only a couple of weeks before and assumed it but it was the septic tank. We had another provider check the septic tank who pronounced the tank clear. They thought it was a plumbing problem and recommended All Clear. Two plumbers came on an emergency call an struggled with it for a couple of hours on Tuesday night. While they didn't solve the problem that night, they did diagnose. The offending bush was removed the next day along with a cleaning of the baffle cell of the septic tank.

All went well. They are all professional, on time, explained what needed to be done and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Called AllClear and, luckily, they were here within an hour. Using their "hydrojet," which is a high-pressure water drain cleaning tool, Scott and his team attacked the problem and had it resolved completely within an hour, despite the fact that it was raining cats and dogs. Tree roots had infiltrated the drain and will likely do so again at some point in the future. Scott was very courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him again when necessary.

They were excellent and the price was reasonable. They were highly responsive and very professional. The work they did was quite effective and they are easy to work with.

No more washback on the drain line, no more mopping out the tub to get it dry. They called first to be sure I was home (it was a "squeeze me in" service call), arrived about 20 minutes later, did the job with smiles on their faces and moved on. Happy, happy!

The price is average. The quality of their work is outstanding. They were recommended by my landlord. They did not come right out but I told them I don’t need them right away because it was not an emergency. They were here within five minutes of the appointment time.

Scott returned my call ASAP, squeezed me into his schedule same day and gave me the price over the phone. He arrived on time in a professional-looking vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and fixed two issues I was having with no additional costs. Highly recommended!
