Alton was professional and found multiple issues that needed to be addressed prior to the purchase of our new home. His report was detailed and prompt. However, there were several issues that were not noted by Alton that, in our opinion, were somewhat obvious and safety concerns. Specifically, he did not note the deck railings not being securely attached or the broken faucet plate in a shower. When these oversights were brought up to Alton, he agreed to refund part of our payment to him. I appreciate the refund but have concern that other things may have been missed that we paid Alton to find as the expert in home inspection.

Alton was very professional. He took the time to thoroughly examine my entire property getting into the crawl space and everything. Based on what he saw, he made recommendations to improve the situation. I received a very detailed report with picture that same evening. Markus

It was not a completely bad experience, a very nice and professional gentleman. we did 2 walkthru's of the outer house, then a walk thru of the inside then the attic and then crawl space. I would have liked to to be far more thourough, as some of my previous inspections were; in other states so would be useless to list them here. I found and noted probably as much as he did and that should be at least reverse.

Alton provided a very professional and thorough inspection, walking me through and pointing out all details that would be noted in his report. He made me feel very comfortable about the home I'm buying, and I feel assured that I know all the problems the home has. By the morning after the inspection I had the report back, with pictures of areas with issues and what category they fell under as far as repairs. I'd highly recommend to any potential home buyers.
