Description of Work: Stan Nix of Nix Builders built a house for me from start to turn key finish. I have a little carpentry experience from years ago and I can honestly say he is the best builder around. He is a perfectionist and the contractors that work for him know what kind of work he demands. He is honest and trustworthy. When you have Stan do any work for you it will be done right. What he tells you he wil do, he will do.

+ -1 moreHe's working on the house of one of our friends. He's excellent. He's a perfectionist, he does excellent work at a fair price. I didn't worry for a minute that he would cheat me because he built our house originally. I had to wait a year and a half for him to finish building a 2 million dollar house but he was worth the wait. He's there every morning at 8.
Description of Work: Nix Builders added a master suite and a handicap bathroom in our house. He also built our house 27 years ago.

Description of Work: Stan is great builder. He worked on our home 24 years ago. When we wanted to add on to our home ,he was the onlt builder we wanted to use. Above and beyond minium code is how he does all his work. Our foundation is wider and thicker and has rebar in it. The deck is supported 12 inches on center and has 5 supports under the stairs. It you want it done right use Nix Builders.
