Description of Work: Mark McClain and the "From the Ground Up" team performed extensive updates to my property to include grading and river rock for erosion control, concrete repair, custom patio extension, custom staircase and side walkway, rock wall installation, sod installation, sprinkler repairs and numerous plantings. They were responsible for the custom design work all the way through installation. Mark was always available to answer questions was often at the job site checking on progress and making sure the work was performed according to the plan. It was an expensive job but I feel that I received good value for the work that was performed. I would not hesitate to use Mark and his team again in the future. |Update: Some of the plants did not survive the winter and Mark has already been out and ordered replacements.

Description of Work: Contractor Installed two sprinker zones. Next time I would require the contractor to provide a detailed construction drawing of the trench and where the heads would be located, or owner should provide a drawing to contractor.

+ 0 moreFrom the Ground Up Landscaping were not cheap, but what they did turned out to be excellent. If he does something it is going to look good and right. I talked to other people that were less expensive but I was not confident in them.
Description of Work: From the Ground Up Landscaping he made some retaining walls. He also did some massive grading to get rid of water in the basement. They put sod in too. They put allen type retaining walls in. They moved dirt. You name it, they did it.
