+ -1 moreThis man is very competent and professional. He was polite and left the area clean after service. He was also prompt in his response to our call. He is a true treasure in an area where it's nearly impossible to find repair service. A major appliance dealer near us would not even respond after a week of repeat calls. They kept telling us the repairman will call. Never happened. Thank you John!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Our Bosch dishwasher was not filling. Even though he does not normally service Bosch, he was able to solve our problem. He correctly diagnosed and replaced the water inlet solenoid valve. He responded to our location, even though we are slightly outside of his normal service distance radius. His pricing was very affordable and more than fair.

Description of Work: I cannot stress eniough how impressed I was with John. I live in an area he doesn't normally service, but when I explained that the only appliance repair company in my area (Easley, SC) had tried three times to repair my refrigerator, he agreed to make the trip. He figured out that the previous company had totally installed the valve for the icemaker incorrectly (Three times!) He installed a new valve, connected it correctly and Problem solved!!! I would definetely call him again and pay anything extra to have him come to my area!!!

Description of Work: John repaired a leaking dishwasher. New inlet valve and supply line. Also made adjustments to make the installation better. John actually had to make two trips, because we gave him the wrong model number. Very Courteous and Professional.

His prices are very fair and he responds immediately, usually like within an hour. He always comes when he says he will, he always cleans up after himself and never leaves a mess.
