Description of Work: Quarterly pest control inside and out. Thorough and returns for free if any bugs within a couple weeks of his visit. Have also used for termite/moisture inspections - very thorough.

+ -1 moreThe owner/operator is pleasant and personable. He did the initial inspection when I purchased my townhome, and I have used him for my quarterly service for the past two years. He works hard, does a good job, and his prices are right.

Description of Work: They came out and verified that there was a squirrel in my attic. Walked all around the house and located where squirrel was coming and going. Made suggestions about repair to damaged area of home and recommendations to catch the squirrel. Said they will return on the day that repairs are made to make sure the squirrel was not in the attic. Offered to set squirrel traps. They did not charge for the initial service call. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreCris is just a very good guy and I think what we like about him is, if we do see about in between appointments, he'll come in with rate for free. He's always available for an appointment when you need him so, he's very reliable but he's also very available.
