+ -1 moreSpoke personally with Randy on July 17 and made appointment to meet him at vacation home on July 19. He did not show, did not call, nothing. Made special trip to vacation home to get door lock repaired. Tried to call him after he was one hour late, but could get no response.
Description of Work: Supposed to visit my vacation home to repair or replace door lock.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith came to our vacation home and checked all of the locks. He found that a wrong key had been used on the dead bolt locks that rendered them useless. He returned with new locks and rekeyed other door locks. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Replaced all dead-bolt locks on barn building and rekeyed all other doors so that one key would open all doors.

+ -1 moreSmall business owner, Randy Clardy, answered the call personally. He was on site within two hours. He was prompt, personable, professional and extremely competent. Price was reasonable, with a discount from the estimate given over the phone. I am very satisfied with this service, would use him again, and highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Re-keyed exterior doors of residence (9 locks total, all keyed alike) - and provided all of the extra keys needed.
