PRESSURE WASHING PLUS

This rag-tag person was spotted soliciting business cards on mailboxes in my neighborhood. We are a no soliciting neighborhood and this man was informed of our policy and tried to dispute the rule of my neighborhood. No-no, not going to happen. He was screaming from his car which was a dirty 4 door smaller sedan with missing hub caps. I went around and removed a majority of the business cards. BTW, people don't like anyone touching their mailbox. I will be posting a warning on my neighborhood face book page to avoid this person and if he is spotted in the neighborhood again to call the police immediately. Beware of anyone who advertises this way. His business card does not mention anything about being licensed, bonded or most importantly insured. If you hire anyone that is not insured, you carry the liability if they break your siding with pressure washing, etc. I would call a professional instead. By the way, He has "Jesus Loves You" on his business card. Some values! BEWARE OF THIS PERSON! You have been advised.

Was paid in full upfront and did home but never did sidewalks. Has never returned any phone calls but did respond to his advertising text this date..LOL Claims he never did house and has no records of such, Will not refund any monies or redo

I have used Tommy Suttles and Pressure Wash Plus numerous times. Mr. Sutlles is always prompt, does an excellent job, and cleans up after himself. I will use him again and I would recommend other to use him as well.

I was very impressed with Mr. Suttles' work, his courtesy, and promptness. When I first inquired about the work, he returned my call promptly to let me know when he could come by to give me an estimate. After the estimate, we scheduled the work for about 10 days later, and he called me two days beforehand to confirm the day and time. He and his wife did the work and they did an excellent job. There were stains on the bottom surface of my gutters that did not come out with a previous pressure-washing (by someone else), which he removed. Also, he did not break the seal on any of my thermal windows, whereas the previous people had broken the seal on three windows. The cost was very reasonable, and the result looks great!
