The floor looks great and the price looked good. However he did not put in expansion gaps so my floor creaks badly and in one spot there was debris left under the floor and you can rock on it. Made multiple phone calls to correct the issue and he said it would stop by and fix it but never showed on 4 different occasions (within a few days of doing the work). They made a mess inside my house (saw they had a leaf blower inside, and I had a thick layer of dust covering every room, even the ones not worked it.). This makes me sad as he was a rehire from a first job which he did well on, granted it was a much smaller scale and a total gut and remodel so dirty was not an issue. The quality looks wise was great, but actually job done right is sub par. He is hard to get on the phone, when you do and actually schedule work he is very prompt. For work correction I have been trying for a month now to get him back to fix the issue. Which is why the professional score is so low, in a one on one he seem to be really nice.

They did an excellent job, very professional once on job site. They even cleaned up their mess. I can tell you after 2 years of remodeling of my home this has never happened. The only cons dealing with Brent is that many phone calls had to be made to him. He does not like to return phone calls. Overall we are very pleased
