Jared Barnett (Barnett's Stump Grinding) provides excellent stump grinding.
First of all, Jared answered his cell phone when I called him and scheduled a time to visit my property the next day.
He gave me a free estimate and was no-nonsense about his quote (he didn't try to tell me how "difficult" my job was going to be or why "extraordinary efforts" would be required). He simply had me show him what I wanted done, told me what he could and perhaps couldn't do (given the possible proximity of utilities lines), instructed me on how to arrange for the utility companies to come out and mark their lines, gave me a price, and told me when he could return to do the work.
Jared returned on the morning scheduled, performed the work promised--and, in fact, went beyond what I expected, accepted a check for the price we had agreed on, and left as quickly as he came.
If you want to sit around and chit-chat with your contractor....don't call Jared.
If you want a contractor who is professional, efficient, respectful, reliable, and reasonably priced...call Jared.
I cannot recommend him strongly enough!
